المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى قياس مستويات الإنهاك النفسي والاندماج الاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة دمشق والتعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين مستويات الإنهاك النفسي والاندماج الاجتماعي، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي وعلى مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص والسنة الدراسية. تم استخدام مقياس الإنهاك النفسي من إعداد رحيم عبدالله الزبيدي (2012)، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف تم بناء مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي بعد الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة. وقد بلغ عدد العينة ككل (534) طالبا وطالبة من الكليات: (التربية والحقوق والعلوم والصيدلة) وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: متوسط درجات الإنهاك النفسي لدى أفراد عينة البحث مرتفع. متوسط درجات الاندماج الاجتماعي لدى أفراد عينة البحث متوسط. وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي والاندماج الاجتماعي. لا يوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي وفقا لمتغير الجنس. يوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي وفقا لمتغير التخصص لصالح الكليات العلمية يوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي وفقا لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح السنة الرابعة لا يوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغير الجنس يوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغير التخصص لصالح الكليات العلمية يوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح السنة الرابعة

The research aims to measure the levels of psychological exhaustion and social integration of a sample of students of Damascus University, and to identify the relationship between psychological exhaustion and social integration. In addition to identifying the differences between the average scores of the response of the individuals in research sample on the scale of psychological exhaustion and social integration according to sex variable (male – female), specialization (scientific – human) and academic year (first year – fourth year( The measurement of psychological exhaustion prepared by Rahim Abdullah Al Zubaidi (2012) was used, and for the purpose of achieving the research objectives, the social integration scale was built after reviewing previous studies. The research sample consisted of (534) male and female students from the following faculties (Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Pharmacy(. The results were the following: - The average of psychological exhaustion among the sample of students of the research personnel is high. - The average of social integration among the sample of students of the research personnel is average - There was a positive high correlation among the sample of research personnel between psychological exhaustion and social integration. - There are no differences in psychological exhaustion among the individuals of the sample according to sex variable. - There are also differences in psychological exhaustion among the individuals of the sample according to the variable of specialization in favor of scientific. - There are also differences in psychological exhaustion among the individuals of the sample according to the variable of academic year in favor of fourth year. - There are no differences in social integration among the individuals of the sample according to sex variable. - There are also differences in social integration among the individuals of the sample according to the variable of specialization in favor of scientific. - There are also differences in social integration among the individuals of the sample according to the variable of sex academic year in favor of fourth year.
