المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تنمية الكفاءة التدريسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى الطالبات المعلمات في كلية الشريعة بجامعة الإمام، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم إعداد أدوات البحث متمثلة في بطاقة ملاحظة لتقييم الكفاءة التدريسية ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس. وقد تمثلت عينة البحث في مجموعة من الطالبات المعلمات بكلية الشريعة بجامعة الإمام، وعددهن (50) طالبة. ومن خلال تطبيق أدوات القياس والتجريب أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لدرجة توافر معايير الكفاءة في التدريس لدى الطالبات المعلمات (عينة البحث) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وذلك في المعايير ككل، وفى كل معيار على حده. وأيضا وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي في مقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس ككل، وفي كل بعد على حده. كذلك أظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية معايير الكفاءة التدريسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى الطالبات المعلمات. إذ بلغت النسبة المعدلة للكسب (1.40)، وهذا يشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح القائم على التعليم المتمايز في تنمية الكفاءة التدريسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية الشريعة. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

The research aims to develop the teaching competence and tendency towards the teaching profession among female student-teachers at the Faculty of Sharia, the University of Imam (Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University). To achieve this goal, the research tools that included the notecard to assess teaching competence and the tendency measure gauge towards the teaching profession, have been developed. The research sample included a group of 50 female student-teachers at the Faculty of Sharia at the University of the Imam. Through the application of measurement and experimentation tools, the study results showed a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurements' averages of the degree of availability of teaching competency standards among female student-teachers (research sample) and in favor of the post-application, in the standards as a whole and in each criterion separately. There is also a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurement averages in the trend scale towards the teaching profession as a whole and in each dimension separately. The results also showed the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing teaching competency standards and the tendency towards the teaching profession among female student-teachers. The adjusted gain ratio reached (1.40), which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on differentiated education in developing teaching competence and the tendency towards the teaching profession among female student-teachers at the College of Sharia. In light of the findings, the researcher made some recommendations and proposals.
