المستخلص: هدف البحث إلي تصميم برنامج مسرح عرائسي لتنمية بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة (الحفاظ علي الذات، العقلية المعرفية، الاجتماعية، والانفعالية) لدي الاطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، إعداد مقياس مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور للأطفال مرضي السكر بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، التحقق من فاعلية برنامج المسرح العرائسي في تنمية بعض مهارات إدارة الحياة للأطفال مرضي السكر بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، تكونت عينه البحث من (30) طفلا وطفله من الاطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة والذين يتلقون العلاج بمعهد السكر والغدد الصماء جامعة القاهرة، من 5 :6 سنوات، مقسمين بين 15 مجموعه تجريبية، 15 مجموعه ضابطة، استخدمت الباحثة الادوات الاتية وهي اختبار إجلال سري لقياس ذكاء طفل الروضة مقياس مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور للأطفال مرضي السكر بمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة (إعداد/ الباحثة)، بطاقة ملاحظة سلوكيات الأطفال لمهارات إدارة الحياة بواسطة مرافق الطفل مريض السكر (إعداد/ الباحثة)، برنامج المسرح العرائسي لتنمية مهارات إدارة الحياة للأطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة (إعداد/ الباحثة)، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسي علي مقياس مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور للأطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، لصالح القياس البعدي، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسي علي بطاقة ملاحظة إدارة الحياة لمرافق الاطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، لصالح القياس البعدي، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية وأطفال المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي، لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسي علي مقياس مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور للأطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي، وجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية وأطفال المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي، لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسي علي بطاقة ملاحظة إدارة الحياة لمرافق الاطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسي علي مقياس مهارات إدارة الحياة المصور للأطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لتطبيق أنشطة برنامج المسرح العرائسي علي بطاقة ملاحظة إدارة الحياة لمرافق الاطفال مرضي السكر في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة.

The aim of the research is to design a Puppet Theater Program to develop some life management skills (self-preservation, cognitive, social, and emotional mentality skills) for children with early childhood diabetes, preparing an illustrated scale of life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes, and checking the effectiveness of a puppet theater program in developing some life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes. The research sample consisted of (30) children early childhood who receive treatment at the Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology, Cairo University, from 5: 6 years, divided into 15 experimental groups, 15 control groups. The researcher used tools: a Igelal Serri test to measure kindergarten child intelligence - " illustrated life management scale for children with early childhood diabetes (prepared by the researcher), a card for observing children's behaviors associated with" life management skills by companion of diabetic child (prepared by the researcher), puppet theater program for developing life management skills for children with early childhood diabetes (Prepared by the researcher)The results of the research resulted in: There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the illustrated life management scale for children with diabetes in early childhood, in favor of post-measurement, There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the life management monitoring card for facilities of children with diabetes in early childhood, in favor of post-measurement, There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group and the children of the control group in the post-measurement of applying the activities of the pupit theater program on the illustrated life management scale for children with diabetes in early childhood in favor of the experimental group in the post-measurement, There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the children of the experimental group and the children of the control group in the post-measurement of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on life management monitoring card for facilities of children with diabetes in early childhood in favor of the experimental group in the post-measurement, There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the children of the experimental group in the two post and tracking measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the illustrated life management scale for children with early childhood diabetes, There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the children of the experimental group in the two post and tracking measurements of applying the activities of the puppet theater program on the life management monitoring card for facilities of children with early childhood diabetes.
