المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى بناء برنامج قائم على التعلم الذاتي باستخدام الموديولات الإلكترونية لتطوير بعض الكفايات التدريسية الخاصة بتنفيذ أنشطة التربية الحركية لدى معلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال غير المتخصصات بمحافظة سوهاج. ويمثل مجتمع هذا البحث جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة سوهاج، الحاصلات على مؤهل جامعي غير متخصص في تربية الطفل واللائي أمضين مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في الخدمة، وتم اختيار عينة من بين هؤلاء المعلمات بطريقة عشوائية وبلغ عددها (٤٠) معلمة بنسبة 17% هو من حجم المجتمع الأصلي (٢٤١) معلمة، ونظرا لطبيعة البحث ومتطلباته استخدم الباحث منهجين هما: ١- المنهج الوصفي ( الدراسات المسحية): وذلك لتحديد قائمة الكفايات التدريسية الخاصة بتنفيذ أنشطة التربية الحركية واللازمة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وبناء البرنامج المقترح. ٢- المنهج التجريبي: وذلك للتعرف على فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تحسين مستوى أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال عينة البحث في الكفايات التدريسية التي استهدفها البحث، واعتمد التصميم التجريبي للبحث على مجموعة واحدة باستخدام أسلوب للقياس القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة التي تم إعدادها لكل كفاية من الكفايات التدريسية المستهدفة واستخدم الباحث الأدوات التالية: ١- استمارة استطلاع رأى المعلمات عينة البحث حول الأهمية النسبية للكفايات التدريسية الخاصة بأنشطة التربية الحركية من حيث حاجاتهم للتدريب عليها ومن جهة نظرهن ( من إعداد الباحث). ٢- بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس أداء معلمات عينة البحث لبعض الكفايات التدريسية الخاصة بأنشطة التربية الحركية قيد البحث (من إعداد الباحث). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تطوير أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال - عينة البحث - لكفاية: تعليم المهارات الحركية الانتقالية وما يندرج تحتها من كفايات فرعية، تعليم مهارات التحكم والسيطرة وما يندرج تحتها من كفايات فرعية، تعليم مهارات الثبات واتزان الجسم وما يندرج تحتها من كفايات فرعية، تنمية اللياقة البدنية والحركية للطفل وما يندرج تحتها من كفايات فرعية. - نسبة الكسب المعدل في نتائج بطاقة الملاحظة للكفايات التدريسية التي استهدفها البرنامج المقترح بلغت (1.5) وهذه النسبة أعلي من الحد الفاصل الذي حدده بليك لقبول فاعلية البرنامج وهو (1.2) وهذا يدل على فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تطوير أداء معلمات عينة البحث للكفايات التدريسية التي استهدفها البحث.

This research aims to build a program based on self-education using the electronic modules to develop some teaching skills for the implementation of motor education activities at the kindergarten stage non-specialists in Sohag parameters. Represents a community of this research all kindergarten teachers of the Directorate of Education in Sohag, female teachers with non-specialists university certifications is not a specialist in child-rearing and who also spent a period of not less than three years in the service, a sample of between those teachers parameters has been randomly sekected and numbered (40) accented by 17% of the size of the original community and the number is (241) teacher, and given the nature of the research and its requirements, the researcher using the two approaches are: 1-descriptive approach (surveys) was used to determine the list of teaching skills for the implementation of mobility and education activities necessary for kindergarten teachers and construction of the proposed program. 2-experimental approach: in order to know the effectiveness of the proposed program is to improve the performance level of kindergarten teachers research sample in teaching skills targeted by the research, and adopted the experimental design of the search on one group using the method for measuring pre and post card note that had been prepared for each adequacy of teaching skills target. The researcher used the following tools: 1-Form Poll parameters sample research on the relative importance of competencies for teaching activities kinetic education needs in terms of training them and from their point of view (prepared by the researcher). 2-card to measure the performance of the research sample of some of the special activities of teaching skills education kinetic parameters under consideration (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study concluded: -The effectiveness of the suggested Program in developing the performance of kindergarten teachers -Sample Seat- adequacy: teaching motor skills transition and falls below the efficiencies of a subsidiary, education stability skills and poise body and falls below the efficiencies of a subsidiary, fitness and motor development of the child and falls below the efficiencies subset. - Proportion of average earnings in the results of the note card teaching competencies targeted by the proposed program amounted to (1.5) this ratio is higher than the boundary set by Blake to accept the effectiveness of the program, which (1.2) This shows the effectiveness of the proposed program to develop the performance of a sample search for efficiencies teaching parameters that Find targeted.
