المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلاة وسلاما على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وبعد،،، فليس من شك، أن الأسرة هي اللبنة من لبنات المجتمع، التي تتكون من مجموعة من الأسر يرتبط بعضها ببعض، ومن الطبيعي أن البناء المكون من لبنات، يأخذ ما لهذه اللبنات من قوة أو ضعف؛ فكلما كانت اللبنات قوية، ذات تماسك ومناعة؛ كانت الأمة المكونة منها كذلك قوية ذات تماسك ومناعة، وكلما كانت اللبنات ذات ضعف وانحلال، كانت الأمة كذلك ذات ضعف وانحلال. ولقد شهدت حياتنا الاجتماعية في الآونة الأخيرة تغيرات مذهلة، وقد كان من بين تلك التغيرات ما أحدثته دعوات تحرير المرأة في مطلع القرن العشرين، وما ترتب عليها من أثر بالغ في انتشار ظاهرة المرأة العاملة أو الموظفة؛ وقد أحدثت هذه الظاهرة كثيرا من المتاعب الزوجية التي تهدد أمن كثير من العائلات والأسر، وتزعزع هدوئها، وتهدد استقرارها؛ وذلك بسبب الخلاف السعر حول مدى أحقية الزوج في إلزام زوجته العاملة بالمشاركة براتبها أو بعضه في أعباء الحياة الزوجية. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن أحدا الفقهاء القدامى لم يعالج هذه القضية لاستحداثها وبروزها مؤخرا، فجاء هذا البحث في محاولة من الباحث لتحقيق، مجموعة من الأهداف، لعل من أهمها: تسليط الضوء على جانب مهم من جوانب إدارة الأسرة في الشريعة الإسلامية، ومحاولة سد ذريعة من ذرائع الشقاق والتفكك الأسري، وحسم الخلاف والنزاع من خلال بيان آراء الفقهاء في هذه النازلة الفقهية، وتسليط الضوء على بعض موجبات السكن والاستقرار الأسري.

And yet, There is no doubt that the family is the building block of society, which consists of a group of families linked to each other, and it is natural that the building consisting of blocks takes what these building blocks of Strength or weakness; The more the building blocks are strong, cohesive and immune; The nation that consisted of it was also strong, cohesive and immune, and whenever the building blocks were weak and dissolved, the nation was also weak and dissolved. Our social life has recently witnessed massive changes, and among those changes were the calls for the emancipation of women at the beginning of the twentieth century, and the great impact they had on the spread of the phenomenon of working women or women employees. This phenomenon has caused a lot of marital troubles that threaten the security of many families, destabilize their calm, and threaten their stability. This is due to the disagreement over the extent of the husband's entitlement to compel his working wife to share with her salary or part of the burden of marital living. It is worth noting that none of the ancient jurists did not address this issue and for its recent development and emergence, this research came in an attempt by the researcher to achieve a set of goals, perhaps the most important of which are: Shedding light on an important aspect of family management in Islamic law, trying to block an excuse. Family discord and disintegration, and resolving disagreement and conflict by explaining the opinions of the jurists regarding this juridical issue, shedding light on some of the imperatives of housing and family stability.
