المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسباب والدوافع التي يمكن أن تفسر عزوف طلاب جامعة شقراء عن استخدام الفهرس الآلي في عملية البحث عن مصادر المعلومات، والتعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح بواسطة تقنية الانفوجرافيك في تنمية كل من المستويات المعرفية (تذكر – فهم – تطبيق – تحليل – تركيب) لمهارات البحث لدى الطلاب محل الدراسة، وأيضا التعرف على مدى النمو في مهارات البحث في الفهرس الآلي في القياس التتبعي لأثر البرنامج على الطلاب، واستخدم الباحث منهجين بحثيين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي للخروج بنتائج الدراسة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كمقياس لمعرفة أسباب عزوف الطلاب عن استخدام الفهرس الآلي بمكتبة جامعة شقراء وتم التحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة الظاهري وصدق الاتساق الداخلي، والتحقق من ثبات الأداة (الاستبانة) أو المقياس باستخدام حساب الثبات، وبلغ مجموع أفراد العينة الممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة (60 طالبا) من طلاب جامعة شقراء المترددين على المكتبة المركزية، ومن خلال النتائج توصل الباحث أن هناك قصورا في التوجيه والإرشاد والبرامج التدريبية على استخدام الفهرس الآلي داخل المكتبة وخارجها، وبالتالي تم اختيار العينة التجريبية واشتملت على (30 طالبا) من الطلاب التي تم معرفة أسباب عزوفهم، وبعد استبعاد حالات عدم الانتظام والغياب في جلسات البرنامج وأثناء التقويم وصل عدد الطلاب الفعلي للعينة إلى (15) طالب، وتم وضع البرنامج التدريبي القائم على تقنية الإنفوجرافيك، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن من أهم أسباب عزوف الطلاب عن استخدام الفهرس الآلي في المكتبة المركزية بجامعة شقراء يعود إلى ضعف التدريب والإرشاد والمساعدة، كما تبين من الدراسة أن هناك فرق جوهري بين متوسط المستويات المعرفية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: أنه يمكن الاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية مهارات استخدام الفهارس الآلية في تدريب الطلاب، كما يمكن الاعتماد على الاختبار التحصيلي في إجراء تقويم للطلاب في مختلف المكتبات الجامعية لمعرفة مدى تمكنهم من المهارات المكتبية وخاصة استخدام الفهارس الآلية.

This study aimed to identify the reasons and motives that can explain the reluctance of Shaqra University students on the use of automated indexes in the search for sources of information, and to identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program by info-graphic technology in the development of all cognitive levels (remember - understanding - application - analysis - creation) for the research skills of the students in the study, and also to identify the extent of the growth in research skills in automated indexes and measuring the impact of the program on students. The researcher used two research approaches, descriptive analytical method and experimental approach to get out the results of the study. The researcher used the questionnaire as a measure to know the reasons for the reluctance of students for using of automated indexes in Library of Shaqra University. Also the veracity of the study tool and internal consistency were checked, checking the stability of the tool (questionnaire) or scale using stability calculations. The total number of the representative sample of the study community members reached (60 students) of Shaqra University, attending Central Library. Through the results of this questionnaire researcher found that there are shortcomings in guidance and counseling and training programs on the use of automated indexes inside the library and outside it, thus an experimental sample was chosen included (30 students) of the students that the reasons for their reluctance has been known, and after excluding cases of irregularity and absence during the program sessions, the number of actual students of the sample were (15 students), the training program based on info-graphic technique were experimented. The study found a range of results from the most important: the most important reasons for the reluctance of students on the use of automated indexes in the Central Library of Shaqra University was due to poor training, guidance and assistance, and the study showed that there is a fundamental difference between the average levels of knowledge in the two measurements pre and post applying the program, in favor of pre. The study put a set of recommendations including: the university libraries can take advantage by using the proposed training program to develop the skills to use indexes mechanism in training students of libraries and information sections, we can also rely on an achievement test in the evaluation of the students in various university libraries to find out how they handle office skills and especially the use of automated indexes.
