المستخلص: يبقى الجور سمة لا تقتصر على زمن دون زمن، ولا تخص قوما دون آخرين؛ وإنما تتباين ماهيته وممارساته وتشكلاته بين المجتمعات بل بين طبقات المجتمع الواحد. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الخطاب الروائي؛ لاستجلاء معالم الجور، وانعكاساته السلبية اجتماعيا واقتصاديا ولغويا على المجور عليهم، والوقوف على جوهر العلاقة بين الجائر والمجور عليه، ودور الجور في التشكيل الطبقي للمجتمع، وتوجيه المجور عليهم سلوكا ولغة ورؤية للعالم؛ بإبراز التقنيات السردية التي وظفت في طرح هذه القضايا والإقناع بها. ويأتي ذلك من خلال التطبيق على رواية "يوتوبيا" لأحمد خالد توفيق؛ إذ إنها رواية استشرافية اجتماعية تنتمي للأدب اليوتوبي، الذي يفترض عالما مثاليا خياليا، قد يتحقق وجوده في الواقع. وقد اتضح الجور في الرواية على المجور عليهم بصنوفه كافة، من انعدام لمقومات الحياة كافة، والعنصرية الطاغية، ظهور المرأة بوصفها سلعة للبيع، واستحباب الغياب عن الواقع المعيش بالمخدرات، الابتذال اللغوي المتجلي في لغة خاصة منحوتة، وذلك عبر تقنيات سردية بارزة لصيقة بالمجور عليهم، تجلت في الفضاء النصي اللفظي والصورة واللغة.

Injustice remains a characteristic that is not limited to time without time, nor does it pertain to a people without others; Rather, its essence, practices and configurations differ between societies, and even between classes of a single society. This research aims to analyze the narrative discourse. To clarify the features of oppression and its negative social, economic and linguistic repercussions on the injustice on them, and to identify the essence of the relationship between the unjust and the injustice, and the role of injustice in the class formation of society, and directing the injustice against them in behavior, language and vision of the world; By highlighting and persuading the narrative techniques that were employed in raising these issues. This comes through the application to the novel "Utopia" by Ahmed Khaled Tawfiq; It is a socially anticipatory novel that belongs to utopian literature, which assumes an idealistic, imaginative world, whose existence may be realized in reality. It seems obvious in the novel the oppression of the injustice against them in all its classes was evident, from the lack of all the elements of life, the overwhelming racism, the emergence of women as a commodity for sale, the desirability of being absent from the reality living with drugs, the linguistic vulgarity manifested in a special carved language, through prominent narrative techniques that are close to the immigrants. Manifested in the verbal textual space, image and language.
