المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم المواضع الاقتصادية التي يعالجها التلفزيون بعده وسيلة إعلامية تتمتع بمصداقية عالية، فهي تجمع بين الصورة والصوت والحركة، ولها مكانة هامة بين وسائل الإعلام الأخرى، خاصة الوسائل التابعة للقطاع العمومي في الجزائر، فهي تسير وفق طابع عمل إعلامي تقوده السلطة، مما يجعل الشبكة البرامجية للقنوات العمومية تختلف عن تلك الموجودة في القنوات الخاصة، وهو ما جعلنا نبحث في معطيات الشبكة البرمجية لقناة الجزائرية الثالثة وكيف تقوم بمعالجة المواضيع الاقتصادية، من خلال تطبيق تقنية تحليل المحتوى على عينة من الشبكة البرامجية لهذه القناة في الفترة الممتدة من 03/09/2016 إلى 30/06/2017، وتم تقسيم محتوى هذه الشبكة إلى فئات الشكل وفئات المضمون، وبعد القيام بالدراسة التحليلية (الكمية والكيفية)، تم التوصل إلى أن الشبكة البرامجية لقناة الجزائرية الثالثة تتضمن عديد الحصص التي تعنى بمعالجة المواضع الاقتصادية، وقد تنوعت هذه المواضع لتشمل القطاع المالي والمصرفي، القطاع الصناعي والتجاري، قطاع الخدمات، القطاع الزراعي وكذا القطاع القانوني للاقتصاد.

This study aims to find out the most important economic problems dealt with by television, a very credible medium that combines image, sound and movement, and that has an important position among other media, in particular the means affiliated with the public sector in Algeria. It functions according to a tele-communicational work, which makes it differ, as a public channel, from the other private channels. The data of the network of programs was sought in the third Algerian channel. This study is based on answering how this channel addresses economic problems, by applying content analysis technology to a sample of the program network. The first phase covers the period from 03/09/2016 to 30/06 / 2017. The content of this network was divided into “form” categories and “content” categories. after having carried out the analytical study (quantitative and qualitative), it was concluded that the programmatic network of the third Algerian channel includes many actions addressing economic issues that vary to include the financial, the banking, the industrial, the commercial, the services, and the agricultural sectors as well as the legal sector of the economy.

Cette étude vise à relever les sujets économiques les plus importants qui sont traités par la télévision algérienne. Cette dernière ; qui est considérée comme un média très crédible qui combine l'image, le son et le mouvement et qui a une position importante parmi les autres médias affiliés au secteur public en Algérie, fonctionne selon un travail médiatique dirigé par l’état ce qui fait que le réseau de programmes diffère de celui des chaînes privées. C’est ce qui nous a amené à vouloir rechercher les données du réseau de programmes de la troisième chaîne algérienne et savoir comment elle aborde les problèmes économiques. Ainsi, en appliquant la technologie d'analyse qualitative et quantitative de contenu à un échantillon du réseau de programmes de cette chaîne pour la période du 03/09/2016 au 30/06/2017 et en divisant le contenu en catégories de forme et de contenu, il a été conclu que le réseau programmatique de la troisième chaîne algérienne comprend de nombreuses émissions qui abordant de variantes questions économiques et qui incluent différents secteurs: financier et bancaire, industriel et commercial, agricole ainsi que le secteur juridique de l'économie
