المستخلص: تواجه الإدارة باستمرار مشاكل تحتاج إلى اتخاذ قرارات معينة من أجل حلها وقد تكون هذه القرارات دورية كقرارات التخطيط والرقابة أو غير دورية كتلك المتعلقة بالأعمال اليومية، ولنجاح الإدارة في مهامها فإنه يتوجب عليها الالتزام بتطبيق كافة خطوات اتخاذ القرارات بشكل علمي ودقيق وهذا يسهل عليها عمليات التخطيط والتنفيذ والرقابة وكذلك مواجهة الحالات الطارئة واستغلال الفرص المتاحة بشكل يتناسب مع أهداف الجهة متخذة القرارات، استهدف البحث التعرف على واقع القيادة الإدارية في اتخاذ القرارات وواقع مشاركة المرؤوسين في اتخاذ القرارات بإدارة رعاية الطلاب بجامعة طنطا، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة عمدية طبقية من جميع المستويات الإدارية بكل من الهيكل التنظيمي لجامعة طنطا وكذلك إدارة رعاية الطلاب بجامعة طنطا وكلياتها وبلغ عددهم 100 فرد، وقد قام الباحثان بتصميم استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد أسفرت أهم نتائج البحث أن القيادات الإدارية بإدارة رعاية الطلاب تعمل على توفير عامل الثقة المتبادلة بينها وبين الإداريين، كما تعقد إدارة رعاية الطلاب اجتماعات لمناقشة نتائج تقييم أداء الإداريين وتعطيهم حق التظلم، كما تسعى إلى مشاركة الإداريين في إعداد الخطط التنفيذية لتتجنب العجز في الموارد البشرية والمادية.

The administration is constantly facing problems that need to take certain decisions in order to solve them, and these decisions may be periodic such as planning and control decisions or non-periodic such as those related to daily work, and for the success of the administration in its tasks, it must commit to applying all steps of decision-making in a scientific and accurate manner and this facilitates planning and implementation processes, And oversight as well as facing emergencies and exploiting the available opportunities in a manner commensurate with the goals of the decision-making body, the research aimed to identify the reality of administrative leadership in decision-making and the reality of subordinates' participation in decision-making in the Student Welfare Department at Tanta University, and the researchers used the descriptive approach The research was applied to a class intentional sample from all administrative levels in both the organizational structure of the University of Tanta as well as the Department of Student Welfare at the University of Tanta and its colleges and their number reached 100 individuals, The researchers designed a questionnaire as a tool to collect data The most important results of the research have resulted in the administrative leaderships of the Student Welfare Department working to provide a factor of mutual trust between them and the administrators, The Student Welfare Department also holds meetings to discuss the results of evaluating the performance of administrators and giving them the right of grievance, It also seeks to involve administrators in preparing executive plans to avoid deficits in human and material resources.
