المستخلص: تتناول دراستنا واقع العملية الاتصالية بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية ودورها في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج كان أبرزها أن العملية الاتصالية بمختلف أنواعها في المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية تلعب دورا هاما في إيصال المعلومات الضرورية لاتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، هي على الرغم من وجود عراقيل تحول دون سيرها الحسن وأبرزها غياب شبكة اتصال داخلية حديثة، إضافة إلى عراقيل تنظيمية دون مواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات.

This study aims at highlighting the communication process in the Algerian National Library and its role in making administrative decisions. In order to become familiar with this sensitive and important subject .Our study was subjected to a rigorous methodology for the sake of objectivity when studying of the subject. There for, we have relied on the descriptive analytical approach presenting the results obtained from the questionnaire forms with an in depth analysis. Finally, we have reached a number of results, most notably the various types of the communication process in The Algerian National Library play an important role in delivering the necessary information for making administrative decisions. However, some obstacles prevent the good conduct of the communication process characterized by some shortcomings preventing the development and improvement of the library work ; especially the absence of a modern internal communication network, in addition to some regulatory obstacles ; all these problems prevent the Library from keeping pace with the rapid developments in the field of libraries and information.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le processus de communication dans la Bibliothèque Nationale algérienne et son rôle dans la prise de décisions administratives. Nous nous sommes appuyés sur une méthode analytique descriptive pour collecter des données quantitatives et produire des analyses sur ce processus. C’est ainsi que nous avons relevé que l’utilisation des différents types de communication joue un rôle important dans la collecte des informations nécessaires à la prise de décisions administratives, et ce en dépit de l’existence d’obstacles et de lacunes empêchant le bon déroulement de ce processus et l'amélioration du fonctionnement de la bibliothèque. Dans ce cadre, l'absence d'un réseau de communication interne moderne accouplée à des dysfonctionnements organisationnels empêche la bibliothèque de s’adapter au rythme des développements rapides des processus d’information et de communication dans le domaine des bibliothèques.
