المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع الطلب لخدمات السياحة العلاجية في ولاية بسكرة من خلال تحليل المعطيات، وتفسير البيانات الخاصة بالمؤسسات الفندقية في ذات الولاية وكذا المركبات المعدنية التي تتوفر بها مختلف الخدمات من الخدمة الجوهر" العلاج" إلى الخدمات التسهيلية والداعمة والإضافية التي تعتبر سندا محفزا لتدعيم الخدمة الجوهر. وأخيرا تقييم العوامل المؤثرة في الطلب على خدمات السياحة العلاجية في ولاية بسكرة. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، بالرغم من ظهور مركبات معدنية تابعة للقطاع الخاص وما حظيت به من سمعة جيدة في الولاية إلا أن الطلب على الخدمة العلاجية يتميز بالانخفاض في السنوات الأخيرة وهذا راجع للعوامل الاقتصادية والسياسية والتسويقية وكذا العوامل الاستثنائية منها "كوفيد-19".

This study aims to diagnose the reality of the demand on the medical tourism services in Biskra city by analyzing the data, and explaining the ones of the hotel corporations in Biskra city, as well as the Thermal complex the provides various services, starting by the essential one as the treatment and going to the facilitating services and the supporting and the additional ones, that’s considered motivates to the essential. finally, evaluation the affecting factors on the demand on the touristic medical services in Biskra city. The main results of this study, despite the appearance of thermal complex those belong to the private sector, and the reputation that created, the demand on medical services has been reduced recently due to the economic, political and marketing factors and so the exceptional ones such the Covid-19.

Cette étude vise à diagnostiquer la réalité de la demande sur les services de tourisme médical dans la ville de Biskra en analysant les données, et en expliquant celles des corporations hôtelières de la ville de Biskra, ainsi que les complexe thermales qui fournit divers services, à commencer par l'essentiel un comme le traitement et aller aux services de facilitation et de soutien et les supplémentaires, cela est considéré comme motivant à l'essentiel. enfin, évaluation des facteurs affectant la demande des services médicaux touristiques de la ville de Biskra. Les principaux résultats de cette étude, malgré l'apparition de complexes thermales, appartiennent au secteur privé, et la réputation qui en a résulté, la demande de services médicaux a été réduite récemment en raison de facteurs économiques, politiques et marketing et donc d'exceptionnels tels le Covid-19
