المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى: دراسة واقع دور المؤسسات التعليمية في تحقيق التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية (الفيروسية) ومن ثم التوصل إلى عدد من الأدوار المقترحة لكلا من الإدارة والمعلم والمنهج في تفعيل التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية (الفيروسية) والتقليل من آثارها التدميرية على المجتمعات. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بطرائقه وأدواته، والذي اعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لها، تم تطبيقها على عينة من معلمي مرحلة التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة أسوان وبلغ عددهم ٣٨٦ معلما. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود قصور واضح للمؤسسات التعليمية في تحقيق التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية لذا اقترحت أدوارا لكلا من الإدارة والمعلم والمنهج لتفعيل التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية على هذا النحو: (أ) دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية. (ب) دور المعلم في تفعيل التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية. (ج) دور المنهج والأنشطة في تفعيل التربية الوقائية لمواجهة الحروب البيولوجية. واختتمت الدراسة بالتوصيات الآتية: لتحقيق الأدوار المقترحة السابقة لكلا من الإدارة والمعلم والمناهج توصي الباحثة بالآتي: -تضمين التربية الوقائية ضمن المناهج الدراسية. -إدراج مفهوم الحروب البيولوجية في المناهج الدراسية وتوضيح آثارها التدميرية على المجتمعات. -زيادة الميزانية المخصصة للمؤسسات التعليمية لتحقيق أهداف التربية الوقائية. -إطلاق عدد من المبادرات مثل مبادرة المدرسة المعززة للصحة والمدرسة الصديقة للبيئة على غرار الدول الأوربية تحت إشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم.

The present study aimed at: studying the reality of the role of educational institutions in achieving preventive education to confront biological (viral) wars, and then arriving at a number of proposed roles for each of the administration, teacher and curriculum in activating preventive education to confront biological wars (viral) and reduce their destructive effects on societies. The study used the descriptive method, with its methods and tools, which relied on the questionnaire as its tool. It was applied to a sample of teachers in the pre-university education stage in Aswan governorate, which reached 386 teachers. The study concluded that there is a clear deficiency of educational institutions in achieving preventive education to confront biological wars, so it suggested roles for each of the administration, teacher and curriculum to activate preventive education to confront biological wars in this way: (A) The role of school administration in activating preventive education to confront biological wars. (B) The teacher's role in activating preventive education to confront biological wars. (C) The role of the curriculum and activities in activating preventive education to confront biological wars. The study concluded with the following recommendations: In order to achieve the previous proposed roles for each of the administration, teacher and curricula, the researcher recommends the following: -Include preventive education in school curricula. -Including the concept of biological warfare in school curricula and explaining its destructive effects on societies. -Increase the budget allocated to educational institutions to achieve the goals of preventive education. -Launching a number of initiatives such as the health-promoting school initiative and the environment-friendly school, modeled on European countries under the supervision of the Ministry of Education.
