المستخلص: هذا البحث عبارة عن تحليل نقدي لنواقص الترجمات أو التأويلات باللغة الفرنسية للقرآن الكريم يتعلق الأمر، من منظور ترجمي، ووفقاً لمنهج تاريخي نقدي، بإلقاء الضوء على الترجمات الفرنسية الأولى للقرآن الكريم، وتشكيل فكرة عن الأسس الأيديولوجية واللغوية التي غطت هذه الأعمال، حيث يعود تاريخ أولها إلى عام 1647. وستقودنا الدراسة إلى منتصف القرن التاسع عشر. بناء على الدراسة التاريخية حول "الترجمات الفرنسية الأولى للقرآن في القرنين السابع عشر والتاسع عشر"، يتتبع هذا البحث المسار الترجمي والتأويلي لهؤلاء المستشرقين الذين شرعوا في ترجمة القرآن خلال هذه الفترة المذكورة. إن عدم الفهم الواضح للنص المقدس وصعوبة الوصول إلى شاعريته ميز هذه الترجمات المبكرة. مع مرور الوقت، سار المشروع الضخم لترجمة القرآن قدما وتحسن حتى اكتسب الاتساق وحقق الإقناع. وتثبت ذلك العديد من الترجمات المعاصرة. تركز الدراسة على ثلاثة مترجمين رائدين للنصوص الإسلامية إلى اللغة الفرنسية من القرن السابع عشر إلى القرن التاسع عشر، وهم: أندريه دو راير André Du Ryer، وكلود إتيان سافاري Claude-Étienne Savary، وألبرت كازيميرسكي Albert Kazimirski، كانت أعمالهم الثلاثة للترجمة الفرنسية للقرآن بمثابة حجر زاوية في تاريخ دراسات ترجمة الكتاب المقدس. يركز تحليلنا على اكتشاف أخطاء الترجمة وتحليلها من العربية إلى الفرنسية (سوء تأويل للمعنى، حذف، عيوب ترجمة المصطلحات العربية الرئيسية، وما إلى ذلك...). نستهدف إلى تدريب المترجمين المبتدئين وإبلاغهم في هذا المجال الرائع لقابلية النص القرآني للترجمة من خلال تقديم تحليل تاريخي نقدي لهذه الترجمات الأولى للنص المقدس.

Cette recherche est une analyse critique des déficiences des traductions ou des interprétations en français du Saint Coran. Il s'agit, dans une perspective tautologique, et selon une approche historico-critique, de jeter la lumière sur les premières traductions françaises du Saint Coran, d’avoir une idée sur les soubassements idéologiques et linguistiques qui enveloppaient ces oeuvres dont la première remonte à 1647. Notre étude ira jusqu’à la moitié du XIXe Siècle. En se basant sur l’étude historique « Les premières traductions françaises du Coran, (XVIIe-XIXe siècles), cette recherche retrace le parcours traductif et interprétatif de ces orientalistes qui entreprirent la traduction du Coran durant cette période précitée. L’apparente incompréhension du texte saint et l’accès difficile à son poétisme marquaient ces premières traductions. Au fil du temps, le projet grandiose de traduction du Coran est allé de l’avant et s’est amélioré jusqu’à ce qu’il ait pris de la consistance et commencé à convaincre. Les nombreuses traductions contemporaines en font preuve. L’étude se focalise sur trois traducteurs phares de la sainte écriture islamique en français du XVIIe au XIXe Siècle, à savoir : André Du Ryer, Claude-Étienne Savary et Albert Kazimirski. Leurs trois ouvrages de traductions françaises du Coran constituaient des pierres angulaires dans l’histoire de la traductologie du Livre Saint. Notre analyse porte sur la découverte et l’analyse des erreurs de traduction de l’arabe vers le français (contresens, omissions, imperfections de traduction des termes arabes clés, etc.). Nous visons la formation et l’information des apprentis-traducteurs concernant ce champ passionnant de la traductibilité du Coran en leur proposant une analyse historico-critique de ces premières traductions du Texte Sacré.

This research is a critical analysis of the deficiencies of translations or interpretations in French of the Holy Quran. It is a question, from a translatological perspective, and according to a historico-critical approach, to shed light on the first French translations of the Holy Quran, to have an idea on the ideological and linguistic foundations that enveloped these works, the first of which dates back to 1647. Our study will go until the middle of the 19th Century. Based on the historical study "The first French translations of the Quran, (17th-19th Centuries)", this research traces the translational and interpretative journey of these orientalists who undertook the translation of the Quran during this aforementioned period. The apparent incomprehension of the holy text and the difficult access to its poetism marked these early translations. Over time, the grandiose project of translating the Quran went ahead and improved until it gained consistency and began to convince. The many contemporary translations prove this. The study focuses on three leading translators of Islamic scripture into French from the 17th to the 19th Century, namely: André Du Ryer, Claude-Étienne Savary and Albert Kazimirski. Their three works of french translations of the Quran were cornerstones in the history of translation studies of the Holy Book. Our analysis focuses on the discovery and analysis of translation errors from Arabic to French (misinterpretation, omissions, translation imperfections of key Arabic terms, etc.). We aim at training and informing apprentice translators concerning this fascinating field of the translatability of the Quran by offering them a historico-critical analysis of these first translations of the Sacred Text.
