المستخلص: Limited political participation in unilateral era in the Algerian political system, on the one-party system, which was used to cover and justify the historical legitimacy, which was based upon the political system at the time, and that the role of the one-party system was only on the decision of the President and the result of the absence of formal opposition, and the lack of acceptance of pluralism by the system, and therefore it was a one-party of the factors that contributed to the complexity of the political, economic and social conditions, and even cultural, that amounted to a crisis unit in October 1988.
