المستخلص: أحدثت التطورات الكبيرة في تقنيات الاتصال إلى احتدام المنافسة بين القنوات الفضائية ووسائل الاتصال الأخرى عن طريق التنوع في أساليب الفنية في صياغة الأخبار وأشكال تغطيتها بحيث أصبحت لكل وسيلة إعلامية سمات تمييزها عن غيرها سواء في المضمون أو الشكل أو الأسلوب وذلك لجذب أكبر عدد من المتلقيين والتأثير عليهم ولذلك فإن مشكلة البحث تجسد في السؤال الآتي: ما واقع صناعة الأخبار في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية؟ وتفرعت من التساؤل المذكور تساؤلات أخرى هي: ما نوعية الموضوعات التي ركزت عليها الأخبار في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية أثناء مدة البحث؟ وما نوعية المصادر الإخبارية الممولة للنشاط الإخباري في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية؟ وما نوعية الأساليب الفنية المعتمدة في صياغة الأخبار في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية؟ وما هي الخصائص الشخصية والمهنية التي يتمتع بها المختصون في صناعة الأخبار في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية؟ وهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع صناعة الأخبار الاتجاه الفضائية من خلال: التعرف على الكيفية التي يتم فيها صناعة الأخبار في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية والكشف عن أساليب تقديم وعرض الخبر في القناة والتعرف على الموضوعات الأكثر أهمية في إخبار قناة الاتجاه الفضائية، وأهم المصادر التي تنتقي منها الأخبار، والأساليب المستخدمة في تحريرها. وقد اكتسب موضوع البحث أهميته من كونه يخوض في أهم وظيفة من وظائف التلفزيون وهي الأخبار وما طرأ عليها من تطور وتغيير جعلت وسائل الإعلام تتسابق للحصول على السبق الإعلامي فضلا عن استخدام كل الإمكانات التقنية الحديثة في الساحة الاتصالية لتطوير صناعة الأخبار والوصول إلى أكبر حجم من المشاهدين وأن يتمتع بقدر كبير من الانية والدقة والمصداقية الأمر الذي يعطي المشاهد إحساسا بأنه يشارك في صنع الأخبار، وهذا ما يزيد من فعالية وقوة تأثير التلفزيون واستعان الباحث بالمنهج المسحي التحليلي في دراسته الحالية فهو يعد ملائما لدراسة الظواهر الإنسانية والاجتماعية لما يقدم من بيانات عن واقع الظاهرة والعلاقات بين أسبابها ونتائجها وتحليلا لها. وكذلك استخدم الباحث طريقة تحليل المضمون لجميع البيانات وتسجيلها وتحليلها عن طريق استمارة أعدت لهذا الغرض تضمنت الفئات الرئيسة والفرعية المناسبة والملائمة للموضوع ومشكلته وأهدافه. وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج: 1- غياب التوازن في العمل بين كلا الجنسين حيث العاملين الذكور ضعف عدد العاملين الإناث. 2- استقطاب حاملي الشهادات (الدكتوراه، والماجستير، والبكالوريوس) في العمل الإخباري، وذلك لترصين القناة من الناحية العلمية والعملية والاستفادة من حملة الشهادات العليا في إنجاح القناة ومنافستها مع القنوات العالمية. 3- أشارت النتائج الإجادة باللغات الأخرى وجد أن 50 من العاملين في القناة يجدون اللغة الإنكليزية إلى جانب اللغة العربية وبالرغم من العدد قليل يمثل ثلث عدد العاملين في القناة إلا أنها نقطة جيدة للقناة بإجادة العاملين إلى اللغة الإنكليزية إلى جانب اللغة العربية. 4- أن معيار الأهمية الذي يعتمد عليه قناة الاتجاه الفضائية يعطي للأخبار الموازنة التي يجب أن تكون جيدة من ناحية الاختيار، فضلا عن تكامل العناصر الأخرى من ناحية الصياغة والترتيب والتنفيذ. 5- أن الاعتماد على الاعتبارات المهنية في صناعة أخبار القناة قد أدى إلى التحكم بصناعة الأخبار وتكامل الصفات الإخبارية الأساسية في الخبر. 6- موضوعات الأخبار: إن الأوضاع السياسية والأمنية غير المستقرة في العراق ونتيجة الوضع السياسي المعقد فيه والحراك السياسي بين الأحزاب السياسية في الساحة العراقية، أثناء مدة البحث جعل الأخبار السياسية تحظى بأولوية اهتمامات الموقع في صناعة أخباره، ولكنه لم يتجاهل الأخبار الأخرى على اختلاف مسمياتها كي تكون أخبارا للقناة وأكثر توازنا لمشاهدي قناة الاتجاه الفضائية. 7- مصادر الأخبار: تتسم الأخبار بالواقعية والحداثة لذلك تصدرت المصادر الإخبارية في قناة الاتجاه الفضائية بصورة أساسية على المراسلين ويليها وكالات الأنباء والتصريحات وأن تنوع الأخبار واتساع تغطياتها للأحداث والتطورات داخل العراق والأحداث الخارجية التي تهتم بالشأن العراقي، كانت نتيجة تنوع مصادر الأخبار. 8- القيم الإخبارية: تشير نتائج تحليل المضمون لأخبار قناة الاتجاه الفضائية الخاضعة للبحث عن ظهور قيم مختلفة، حيث تصدر قيمة الأهمية القيم الأخرى بنسبة مئوية قدرها (45.83)، وحلت قيمة الصراع في المرتبة الثانية وبنسبة (16.87%) وفي المرتبة الثالثة حلت قيمة القرب وبنسبة (14.16%) ومن ثم جادت فئة الاهتمام الإنساني بالمرتبة الرابعة وبنسبة (11.25%) وفي المرتبة الخامسة حل قيمة الشهرة وبنسبة (6.45%) وجاءت قيمة الفورية بالمرتبة السادسة وبنسبة (2.5%) وتلها كل من قيمة التوقع بنسبة (1.87%) وقيمة الإثارة بنسبة (0.83%) وفي المرتبة الأخيرة قيمة التشويق وبنسبة (0.20%).

Major developments in communication technologies have led to a heightened competition between satellite channels and other means of communication through the diversity of technical methods in the formulation of news and forms of coverage so that each media has its own features distinguished from others, whether in content, format or style, in order to attract and influence the largest number of recipients, so the problem of research is embodied in the question: What is the reality of the news industry in the satellite channel? Other questions were asked: What kind of topics did the news focus on in the satellite channel al-Trend during the duration of the research? What kind of news sources funded news activity in Al-Trend satellite channel? What kind of technical methods are used in the drafting of news in the satellite channel Al-Trend? What are the personal and professional characteristics of news industry professionals in The Direction Satellite Channel? The aim of the research is to reveal the reality of the satellite trend news industry by: Learn about how news is made in The Direction satellite channel, reveal ways to present and present the news in the channel and learn about the most important topics in the news channel al-Trend satellite channel, the most important sources from which the news is selected, and the methods used to edit it. The topic of research has gained its importance from being engaged in the most important function of television, which is news and the development and change that has brought the media racing to get the media lead as well as the use of all the modern technical capabilities in the communication arena to develop the news industry and reach the largest volume of viewers and to enjoy a great deal of ego, accuracy and credibility, which gives the viewer a sense that he participates in the making of news This increases the effectiveness and strength of the influence of television and the researcher used the analytical survey method in his current study, it is suitable for the study of human and social phenomena because of the data provided on the reality of the phenomenon and the relations between its causes and results and analysis. The researcher also used the method of analyzing the content of all data and recording and analyzing it through a form prepared for this purpose that included the main and subcategories appropriate and appropriate to the subject and its problem and objectives. The research came to many conclusions: 1-The lack of balance in work between both sexes where male workers are twice the number of female scientists. 2-Attracting holders of degrees (Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor') in the news work, in order to document the channel from a scientific and practical point of view and to benefit from the holders of higher degrees in the success of the channel and its competition with international channels. 3-The results indicated that 50 of the channel's employees find English as well as Arabic, and although the small number represents one third of the staff of the channel, it is a good point for the channel to master the English language as well as Arabic. 4-The criterion of importance on which the satellite channel channel depends gives news a budget that must be good in terms of choice, as well as the integration of other elements in terms of drafting, arrangement and implementation. 5-The reliance on professional considerations in the channel news industry has led to the control of the news industry and the integration of the basic news qualities in the news. 6-News topics: The unstable political and security situation in Iraq and the complex political situation and the political movement between political parties in the Iraqi arena, during the duration of the research made political news a priority of the site's interests in the news industry, but did not ignore other news in different names in order to be news for the channel and more balanced for viewers of the satellite channel Trend. 7-News sources: The news is characterized by realism and modernity, so news sources in al-Trend satellite channel were mainly on reporters, followed by news agencies and statements, and the diversity of news and the breadth of its coverage of events and developments inside Iraq and foreign events concerning Iraqi affairs, were the result of the diversity of news sources. 8-News values: The results of the content analysis of the news of the satellite channel trend subject to the search for the emergence of different values, where the value of importance other values issue disvalue by a percentage of (45.83), and the value of the conflict in second place and by (16.87%) In third place, the value of proximity was 14.16 percent. Thus, the category of human interest came in fourth place with 11.25% and in fifth place the value of fame and the ratio (6.45%). The instant value came in sixth place with 2.5 percent. The forecast value was followed by 1.87% and the excitement value (0.83%) in the last place is the value of the thrill and the ratio (0.20%).
