المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الحاضنات البحثية في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات المصرية ودورها في التميز والابتكار في البحث العلمي من جهة نظر الخبراء، ومعرفة معوقات تطبيق الحاضنات البحثية في تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات في الجامعات المصرية، ووضع رؤية استشرافية للحاضنات البحثية في الجامعات المصرية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهجية مركبة من شقين هما: المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمعرفة الواقع بأبعاده المختلفة، والمنهج الاستشرافي القائم على استخدام أسلوب دلفاي، وهو منهج قائم على وضع تصور وتنبؤ للمستقبل، ووصل عدد الخبراء الذين أبدوا موافقة من أجل تطبيق أسلوب دلفاي عليهم عددهم (18) خبراء في التخصص، واستقر العدد في أسلوب دلفاي في المرحلة الأخيرة على (16) خبيرا متخصصا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس (أستاذ مساعد-أستاذ) في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات بجمهورية مصر العربية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: اتفاق عينة الخبراء على متطلبات الحاضنات البحثية في تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات وحصلت عبارة التعريف بالحاضنات البحثية في أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات من المتطلبات الأولية على أعلى متوسط قدره (4.73)، كما اتفقت العينة على وضع الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف للحاضنات البحثية في تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات بمتوسط قدره (4.34) من ضمن المتطلبات التشغيلية، بينما جاء اتفاق عينة الخبراء على أهم معوقات تطبيق الحاضنات البحثية في الجامعات المصرية في تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات عبارة نقص المخصصات المالية اللازمة لتمويل البحث بمتوسط قدره (4.33)، وتم وضع رؤية استشرافية للحاضنات البحثية في تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات في ضوء رؤية 2030.

The study aims to reveal the role of research incubators in the field of library and information science in Egyptian universities. The study also aims to explore the role of research incubators in excellence and innovation in scientific research from the experts' point of view. Moreover, the study seeks to explore the obstacles of the application of research incubators in the field of library and information science in Egyptian universities and to develop a future-vision of research incubators in Egyptian universities in the light of Egypt's 2030 vision. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach of two parts. The first part is a descriptive approach that was utilized in order to explore reality with its various dimensions. The second part is based on the use of the Delphi method, which is an approach based on developing perception and prediction for the future. The number of experts agreed to apply the Delphi method was (18) experts. However, the final number was (16) experts (assistant professor - professor) in the departments of libraries and information in Egypt. The study concluded several findings, the most important of which are that the sample agreed on the requirements of research incubators in the specialization of library and information science. The sample also agreed to set the vision, mission, and goals of research incubators in the field of library and information science with an average of (4.34) within the operational requirements. Additionally, the sample agreed that one of the most significant obstacles of the application of research incubators in Egyptian universities in the field of library and information science is the lack of financial allocations necessary to finance research with an average of 4.33. The researcher also developed a future-vision for research incubators in the field of library and information science in light of Vision 2030.
