المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تنمية الحركات الكبرى لدى أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد باستخدام برنامج تدريبي قائم على طريقة منتسوري، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (12) طفلا وطفلة من الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد ولديهم قصور في الحركات الكبرى، تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية من (5-7) أعوام، بمتوسط عمري قدره 6.3 أعوام، وانحراف معياري 0.25، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية، تضم (6) حالات من بينهم طفلة و(5) أطفال، ومجموعة ضابطة، تضم (6) حالات من بينهم طفلة و(5) أطفال، واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات التالية: استمارة بيانات أولية (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس ستانفورد -بينيه للذكاء (الصورة الخامسة، جال ه. رويد، تعريب وتقنين صفوت فرج)، مقياس تشخيص اضطراب التوحد (كارز)، مقياس الحركات الكبرى (إعداد الباحثة) قامت الباحثة بتطبيق المقياس على عينة قوامها (82) طفلا وطفلة من الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد (5-8) أعوام، ثم قامت بحساب صدق وثبات المقياس ومعاملات الارتباط بين درجة كل مفردة والدرجة الكلية للبعد دالة عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.01) أو (0.05)، مما يدل على أن مؤشرات صدق المقياس جيدة، مما يجعلها مقبولة علميا.، ولحساب قيم معامل ثبات المقياس وبلغت قيمة معامل ألفا كرونباخ (α) للمقياس ككل (0.824) وصف المقياس في صورته النهائية يتكون مقياس الحركات الكبرى وتكون من (19) مفرده، البرنامج التدريبي المستخدم (إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب الدرجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة، بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05)، بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسيين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الحركات الكبرى لصالح القياس البعدي، مع عدم وجود اختلاف بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تحقق جميع فروض الدراسة، مما يدل على فعالية البرنامج.

The current study aimed at developing the Gross motor skills of children with autism spectrum disorder using a training program based on the Montessori method, the study sample consisted of (12) male and female children with Autism spectrum disorder And they have deficiencies in Gross motor skills, their age ranged from (5-7) years, with an average age of 6.3 years, and a standard deviation of 0.25, and they were divided into two groups, an experimental group, comprising (6) cases including a girl and (5) children, and a control group It included (6) cases, including a girl and (5) children, and the study used the following tools: a preliminary data form (prepared by the researcher), Stanford-Binet Scale of Intelligence (Fifth Image, Gal H. Roed, Arabization and Legalization of Safwat Faraj), Autism Disorder Diagnostic Scale (Karz), Accurate Movement Scale (prepared by the researcher) The researcher applied the scale to a sample of (82) male and female children with Autism spectrum disorder (5-8) years, and then calculated the validity and reliability of the scale and correlation coefficients between the degree of each individual and the total degree of the dimension function at the level of statistical significance (0.01) or (0.05), Which indicates that the scale validity indicators are good, which makes them scientifically acceptable. To calculate the values of the scale stability coefficient, the value of the alpha kronbach coefficient (α) for the scale as a whole is (0.824) Description of the scale in its final form, The training program used (prepared by the researcher) and the results revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average grades of the members of the experimental group and the control group, After applying the training program, and there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average levels of the experimental group scores in the pre and post standards on the dimensions of the Gross motor skills in favor of the post measurement, with no difference between the post and follow up measurements, and the results of the study resulted in All hypotheses are fulfilled, which indicates the effectiveness of the program.
