المستخلص: يعاني التعليم الفلسطيني في القدس من تعدد الأنظمة والمناهج، وغياب المرجعية الفلسطينية الموحدة في مدينة يسعى الاحتلال الصهيوني لتهويدها ويعتبرها عاصمة الأبدية، ويمارس أقصى أنواع الاضطهاد على سكانها العرب، ويفرض الأسرلة عليهم من خلال مناهج تعليمية تعمل على تشكيل وعي تاريخي جديد لهم ضمن أجندة صهيونية ممنهجة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مخاطر الاحتلال على التعليم العربي ومحاولات طمسه، وتزوير حقائق التاريخ والجغرافيا، من خلال وضع مناهج تعليمية للطلبة العرب في القدس تلغي واقعهم العربي والإسلامي. وتهدف كذلك إلى رسم خطوط واضحة نحو تحقيق استراتيجية وطنية فلسطينية فاعلة تقوم على توحيد الجهود وتكاملها بين الوزارات ذات العلاقة في السلطة الفلسطينية، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني، بهدف دعم التعليم، وعرض الباحث في دراسته ما يأتي: أولا: لمحة عن التعليم في القدس قبل الاحتلال الصهيوني. ثانيا: الصراع مع الاحتلال حول تطبيق المنهاج في القدس. ثالثا: مرجعيات التعليم في القدس تحت الاحتلال. ربعا: ممارسات الاحتلال ضد المؤسسات التعليمية المقدسية. خامسا: الأداء الفلسطيني الذي يوصف بالتخبط والإرباك، وتعدد المرجعيات وتضاربها. ومن توصيات الدراسة: توحيد المرجعية الفلسطينية في القدس عبر هيئة تمثيلية موحدة ضمن خطة استراتيجية محددة من أجل الحفاظ على التعليم العربي وإنقاذ العملية التعليمية العربية في القدس. تكثيف الجهود الفلسطينية لمواجهة ممارسات الاحتلال ضد القطاع التعليمي، وفتح قنوات التواصل الدائم مع مدارس القدس لتحسس مشاكلها ومعاناتها.

Towards a Unified Palestinian Strategy to Support Education in Jerusalem The Palestinian education in Jerusalem suffers from a multiplicity of systems and curricula as well as the absence of a Palestinian authority in a city that the occupation seeks to Judaize, displace its population, and block it economically and socially Isolating the inhabitants from their Palestinian, Arab and Islamic depth by practicing all forms of harassment , demolishing homes, confiscating their properties and withdrawing their identities, closing down national institutions, building the separation wall, obstructing their movements and restricting their worship, attacking their holy sites and destroying its infrastructure and spreading drugs. The study aims at clarifying the dangers of the occupation on education, historical and geographical facts by developing educational curricula for Arab students in Jerusalem that describe Islam as spiritual education, and the history of Islam as a history of fascination, disasters and wars. This study is also an attempt to draw clear lines towards achieving an effective Palestinian national strategy based on unifying and integrating efforts between the relevant ministries of the Palestinian Authority and the institutions of the Palestinian civil society in order to support education, The researcher presented in his study the following: 1- A glimpse of education in Jerusalem before the Zionist occupation. 2- The conflict with the occupation on the implementation of the curriculum in Jerusalem. 3- Education Reference in Jerusalem under occupation. 4- The practices of occupation against the educational institutions of Jerusalem. 5- Palestinian performance which is characterized by confusion and the multiplicity of references and inconsistencies. The study's recommendations include: - Unification of the Palestinian authority in Jerusalem, to save the educational process in Jerusalem. - Intensify the Palestinian efforts to confront the occupation practices against the educational sector and open channels of constant communication with the Jerusalem schools for their problems and suffering.
