المستخلص: Art is of great importance as a basic anchor for the expressive cultural productions of societies and a realistic setting that reflects their course and is closely linked to the reality of peoples and the individual product of geniuses of culture and the arts. Music is one of these basic elements of arts in general, as it is an important means of communication and a tool through which it reflects all the human and moral concepts of society and has a large and important role in the culture of societies and social values. As this research deals with several aspects and axes highlighting the value of art and music and its importance to society and the extent of its connection with social values, and its effectiveness in addressing negative situations in our societies, and how through this musical aspect can create a new vision that opens up broad horizons for us as long as it is far from the minds of academics and musicians. Where the first topic dealt with art in general and the aesthetic vision of it through the opinions of some philosophers who had different views on the interpretation of the aesthetic dimension of this spiritual art, where the researcher spoke about these views through the opinions of the philosophers, Aristor and Schopenhauer ... etc., and also addressed this The topic is the importance of music in the life of the individual, as music is considered a catalyst with the ability to achieve communication between societies. As for the second topic, the researcher dealt with the nature of the visual community and the various musical structures and methods of using them in a way that blends with the nature and temperament of the visual community, as well as how we can make music an important factor in the development of society and the elimination of negative behaviors. It is followed by recommendations and proposals through which the researcher clarifies the methods of developing music in our visual society.

أن للفن أهمية بالغة باعتباره مرتكزا أساسيا للنتاج الثقافي التعبيري للمجتمعات ورديفا واقعيا يعكس مسيرتها ويرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بواقع الشعوب ونتاج الأفراد من عباقرة الثقافة والفنون. وتعد الموسيقى أحدي هذه العناصر الأساسية للفنون بصورة عامة حيث هي وسيلة مهمه للتواصل وأداة تعكس من خلالها كل المفاهيم الإنسانية والأخلاقية للمجتمع ولها دور كبير ومهم في ثقافة. حيث تناول هذا البحث عدة جوانب ومحاور تبرز قيمة الفن والموسيقى وأهميتها على المجتمع ومدى ارتباطها بالقيم الاجتماعية، ومدى فاعليتها في معالجة الحالات السلبية في مجتمعاتنا، وكيف يمكن من خلال هذا الجانب الموسيقي خلق رؤية جديدة تفتح لنا أفاقا واسعة طالما كانت بعيدة عن أذهان الأكاديميين والموسيقيين. حيث تناول المبحث الأول الفن بصورة عامة والرؤية الجمالية له من خلال أراء بعض الفلاسفة الذين كانت لهم وجهات نظر مختلفة في تفسير البعد الجمالي لهذا الفن الروحي، حيث تكلم الباحث عن هذه الآراء من خلال أراء الفلاسفة، ارسطور وشوبنهاور ... الخ، وكذلك تناول هذا المبحث أهمية الموسيقى في حياة الفرد حيث تعتبر الموسيقى عاملا مساعدا له القدرة على تحقيق التواصل بين المجتمعات. أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول الباحث طبيعة المجتمع البصري والمقامات الموسيقية المختلفة وطرق استخدامها بطريقة تمتزج مع طبيعة المجتمع البصري ومزاجه، وكذلك كيف يمكننا جعل الموسيقى عامل مهم في تنمية المجتمع والقضاء على التصرفات السلبية. يتبعه توصيات ومقترحات وضح من خلالها الباحث طرق تطوير الموسيقى في مجتمعنا البصري.
