المستخلص: This research examines the impact of technological innovation on the competitiveness of the Algerian company. It aims to identify the level of interest in technological innovation and competitiveness at M/s Condor Electronics. It also aims to measure the impact of technological innovation on competitiveness and how it is exploited and developed to achieve the objectives of Algerian companies. The study was applied to a random sample consisting of a set of frames of Condor Electronics through which a set of unsatisfactory results were reached that required the Algerian company to pay more attention to technological innovation as it is one of the basic tools that help it provide new products and improve the existing ones. It also helps it in designing new production processes and improving other existing processes so that they can adapt to the outputs of technological development and severe competition conditions in Algerian and international markets. Cette étude porte sur l’impact de l’innovation technologique sur la compétitivité des entreprises Algériennes, Cette étude vise à identifier le niveau d'intérêt pour l'innovation technologique et la compétitivité du l'entreprise Condor Electronics, et de mesurer l'impact de l'innovation technologique sur la compétitivité et la façon d'exploiter et de les développer pour atteindre les objectifs des entreprises algériennes. Lorsque l'étude a été appliquée à un échantillon aléatoire composé d'un groupe de cadres de la société Condor Electronics, à travers laquelle pour atteindre un groupe de résultats non satisfaisants, qui nécessitent l'institution algérienne à accroître l'intérêt pour l'innovation technologique est l'un des outils de base qui les aident à introduire de nouveaux produits et d'améliorer les produits existants, ainsi que pour la conception de nouveaux procédés de production et d'améliorer d'autres processus existent afin que vous puissiez adapter au développement technologique et les résultats des conditions de concurrence intense marchés algériens et internationaux.

يتناول هذا البحث أثر الإبداع التكنولوجي على تنافسية المؤسسة الجزائرية، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الاهتمام بالإبداع التكنولوجي والتنافسية بمؤسسة كوندور إليكترونيكس، وإلى قياس أثر الإبداع التكنولوجي على التنافسية وكيفية استغلالها وتطويرها لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسات الجزائرية. حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من مجموعة من إطارات شركة كوندور إليكترونيكس، والتي تم من خلالها التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج الغير مرضية والتي تحتم على المؤسسة الجزائرية زيادة الاهتمام بالإبداع التكنولوجي كونه من الأدوات الأساسية التي تساعدها في تقديم منتجات جديدة وتحسين المنتجات الحالية، فضلا عن تصميم عمليات إنتاج جديدة وتحسين عمليات أخرى موجودة حتى تتمكن من التكيف مع مخرجات التطور التكنولوجي وظروف المنافسة الحادة بالأسواق الجزائرية والدولية.
