المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: التعرف على أشكال الخدمات المعرفية المتطورة المقدمة بالمكتبات الوطنية والتي ارتبط ظهورها مع ظهور مجتمع المعرفة الرقمي المعاصر، وهي تلك الخدمات التي تقوم على أساس تقاسم المعرفة ومشاركتها لتوليد معرفة جديدة وتحقيق أكبر فائدة ممكنة بهدف بناء وتنمية مجتمع المعرفة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج الأنسب لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: إن الخدمات المعرفية المتطورة هو مصطلح أكثر تقدما من مصطلح خدمات المعلومات التقليدية، كما أنها إحدى المفاهيم الجديدة التي تجمع بين إدارة المعرفة Knowledge management، وتنظيم المعرفة Knowledge Organization وأسواق المعرفة Knowledge Markets، ومن أشكال هذه الخدمات المعرفية: (موقع المكتبة على شبكة الإنترنت، الفهرس الإلكتروني المتاح على الخط المباشر، الخدمة المرجعية الرقمية، خدمة الإمداد بالوثائق، خدمة الإعلام المكتبي الرقمي، خدمة النشر العلمي الإلكتروني، خدمة الترجمة العلمية الإلكترونية، خدمة البحث والاسترجاع بقواعد البيانات العلمية، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات وهي: ينبغي تطوير منظومة العمل بالمكتبات الوطنية المعاصرة لتواكب متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة واحتياجات المستفيدين المتعددة من خلال تقديم مجموعة من الخدمات المعرفية التي تعتمد على تطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب web2.0، وتطبيقات الهواتف الذكية Smart Phones .

This study aims to: Identify the forms of advanced knowledge services provided in national libraries, the emergence of which was associated with the emergence of the contemporary digital knowledge society, which are those services that are based on sharing and sharing knowledge to generate new knowledge and achieve the greatest possible benefit in order to build and develop a knowledge society, and the study followed the approach Descriptive and analytical as the most appropriate approach to achieve the objectives of the study, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Advanced knowledge services is a more advanced term than the term traditional information services, and it is also one of the new concepts that combines knowledge management, knowledge organization and knowledge markets Knowledge Markets, and among the forms of these knowledge services: (the library's website, the online catalog available on the direct line, the digital reference service, the document supply service, the digital desktop media service, the electronic scientific publishing service, the electronic scientific translation service, the search and retrieval service with rules Scientific data, and the study came out with a set of recommendations, namely: The work system in contemporary national libraries should be developed to keep pace with the requirements of the knowledge society and the multiple needs of users by providing a set of knowledge services that depend on second generation web applications, web2.0, and smart phones applications.
