المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال موضوع استعمال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية في لتمكين المكتبات الجامعية على توفير خدمات رقمية للمجتمع الأكاديمي وتوفير منافذ للوصول والحصول على مصادر المعلومات بسرعة وبفعالية، وتحقيق الاتصال المفتوح بين المكتبة والمستفيدين الفعليين منهم والمحتملين. وتكتسي دراسة هذه الشبكات أهمية بالغة في عصر الإدمان على شبكات التواصل كمنصات تقنية فعالة مناسبة مع المستوى الثاني من مستويات الحوسبة السحابية المبنية على التفاعل والتبادل وتحقيق التواصل والاتصال بين المكتبات الجامعية والمستفيدين منها.

This article deals with the subject of the exploitation of social networks and cloud computing applications at a time when university libraries are experiencing a lack of budget, a limited availability, obsolescence information infrastructures, a high price of software prices and updates, adding the lack of coordination and cooperation among librarians across the country. On the other hand, libraries have worked hard to provide the university community with in the form of access points that make it quick and efficient to search for sources of information. These important efforts are aimed at achieving open communication between the library and its beneficiaries and between the beneficiaries themselves in a real and potential space-time. In addition, we live in the phenomenon of Walt dependency networks, as a technical platform. As a result, the organization is responsible for developing, maintaining, and modernizing its digital services, which is the second level of cloud computing based on interaction and exchange.

Cet article traite l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux et des applications de cloud computing dans les bibliothèques universitaires. L’étude cette question est importante parce cette permet à ces bibliothèques de fournir à la communauté universitaire des services numériques sous forme des points d'accès qui facilitent la recherche rapide et efficacement des sources d'information. Elle permet également à instaurer à une communication ouverte entre la bibliothèque et ses bénéficiaires et entre les bénéficiaires eux-mêmes dans un espace-temps réel et potentiel. L’étude de l'organisation, le développement, la maintenance et la modernisation de ces services numériques est indispensable et correspond au deuxième niveau de cloud computing basé sur l'interaction et l'échange.
