المستخلص: أن بحثنا الموسوم (تأثير التلفزيون على سلوك الطفل) يحمل رسالة لنا ذات تأثير في اتجاهين فهو من ناحية قد يكون وسيلة نافعة من وسائل التربية والضبط الاجتماعي، ومن ناحية أخرى يعد ذو أثر سلبي مهم ومخرب للقواعد والضوابط الاجتماعية والأخلاقية، وذلك عندما يهمل ويسيء الاختيار والاستخدام خصوصا عندما يكون التلفاز بعيد عن الإشراف التربوي والاجتماعي والأخلاقي وبالذات حين تهمل التنشئة الاجتماعية وتترك للغير للعبث فيها كيف يشاء علما أن الأطفال يمتلكون الإحساس والشعور الواعي فلا يجوز ترك الأسرة لأبنائها دون متابعة ومشاركة أبنائها في تنمية شخصياتهم وأذواقهم وقيمهم في حسن الاختيار للبرامج التلفزيونية. لقد جاء البحث في جانبين الأول نظري ويضم المقدمة والإطار العام للبحث وفيه مشكلة البحث وأهميته وأهدافه وفرضية البحث وحدود البحث أما الفصل الأول للبحث فضم المبحث الأول وفيه أهم المصطلحات والمفاهيم العلمية والمبحث الثاني دراسات سابقة أما المبحث الثالث فتناول تأثير التلفاز على الأسرة وجاء المبحث الرابع بعنوان تأثير التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل وأخيرا جاء المبحث الخامس فتناول موضوع تأثير التلفزيون على سلوك الطفل. أما الجانب الميداني فضم خطوات اختيار العينة وقياس حجمها وصدقها في تمثلها للمجتمع المبحوث وتصميم الاستمارة واختبار صدقها وثباتها كان هذا في المبحث الأول ثم تناولنا البيانات الأساسية للمبحوث وكان عدد أفراد العينة (50) مبحوث من أولياء أمور الأطفال (الأم والأب) ثم عرضنا البيانات التخصصية وخرجنا بنتائج تؤكد بأن للتلفزيون تأثير إيجابي حين يتم اختيار البرامج والمواضيع وأنه يمثل رابطة أسرية حين يجمع أفرادها حوله وأيضا يعتبر أحد أساليب الضبط الاجتماعي والتوجيه التربوي للطفل، أما التأثيرات السلبية فكان من ضمنها وأهمها تقوم بعض البرامج الموجهة بقتل عقل الطفل بمشاهدة مواد لا فائدة منها لتجعله إنسانا فارغا وقابل للتوجيه وفق الإمبراطورية العالمية وتنتهي بالفقرة (يصبح الطفل بصراع ما بين ما لديه من قيم وبين ما يستهويه من قيم التلفاز فيبتعد عن الضبط الاجتماعي).

Our research (the effect of television on children’s behavior) carries a message to us with a two-way effect. On the one hand, it may be a useful means of education and social control, on the other hand, it has an important negative and destructive impact on social and moral rules and regulations, when it’s neglected and used in bad way, especially when it is far from educational, social and moral supervision by officials and social and educational specialists, specifically when socialization is neglected and left for others to manipulate it the way they want, note that children have a sense of consciousness and they should not be left by their family without follow-up and participation in the development of their personality and taste for a good proper selection. The research was conducted in two aspects, the first theoretical and includes the introduction and general subject of the research and the problem of research, its importance and objectives and the hypothesis of the research and its limits. The first chapter of the research included the first section and the most important scientific terms and concepts. The second section was specified for previous studies that examined the same subject, while the third section dealt with the impact of television on the family and the fourth section dealt with the impact of television on the socialization of the child. The fifth section was entitled “The impact of television on the behavior of the child”. The field side included the steps of selecting the sample and measuring its size and sincerity in the representation of the respondent community, designing the questionnaire and choosing its sincerity and stability. In the first section, we dealt with the basic data of the respondent and the number of them was (50) respondent of parents then we presented specialized data and came out with results that confirm that television has a negative and positive impact depending on the choice of programs and topics and that it represents a family bond when it brings together its members and is also one of the methods of social control and educational guidance for the child one of the negative effects and the most important one is that some programs are targeted to kill the child's mind who watches television with useless materials to make him an empty and manageable person according to the vernacular empire and ends with the paragraph that says (The child is involved in a conflict between his values and what he likes from the values of television, thus avoiding social control).
