المستخلص: اهتمت العديد من المؤسسات في مجال المكتبات بإصدار مجموعة من المعايير الموحدة وذلك على المستوى الدولي والإقليمي والمحلي أيضاً، وقد اهتمت هذه المؤسسات بأحد أهم أنواع المكتبات وهي مراكز مصادر التعلم فقامت بإصدار معايير خاصة بها، وقامت بتغطية مختلف جوانب العمل في المكتبات ومنها مراكز مصادر التعلم أهداف المكتبة، الموقع والمبنى، الإدارة والتنظيم، مجموعات المكتبة وحفظها وصيانتها، العاملون في المكتبة، خدمات المكتبات، الميزانية والتمويل وأيضاً استخدام التكنولوجيا، وتساعد هذه المعايير في إجراء تقويم شامل لكل ما يتم بمراكز مصادر التعلم والهدف من ذلك تحقيق الجودة في أداء وظائف مراكز مصادر التعلم. ويهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على المعايير الموحدة في مجال المكتبات خاصة معايير مراكز مصادر التعلم ويتناول دراسة المعايير من حيث التعريف والأهمية، بالإضافة إلى أنواع المعايير الموحدة وأهم الهيئات والمنظمات المسئولة عن إصدار معايير المكتبات وبالأخص المعايير المستخدمة في مراكز مصادر التعلم وأهمية استخدامها في مراكز مصادر التعلم، مع تناول بشيء من التفصيل معيار الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات المدرسية ومراكز مصادر التعلم.

Many institutions in the field of libraries have been interested in issuing a set of unified standards at the international, regional and local levels as well. These institutions have taken care of one of the most important types of libraries, which are learning resource centers, so they have issued their own standards, and have covered various aspects of work in libraries, including learning resource centers, the objectives of the library, location and building, management and organization, library collections, preservation and maintenance, library staff, library services, budget and funding as well as the use of technology, and these standards help in conducting a comprehensive evaluation of all that is done in learning resource centers and the goal is to achieve quality in the performance of the functions of resource centers Learning. The research aims to shed light on the unified standards in the field of libraries, especially the standards of learning resource centers, and it deals with the study of standards in terms of definition and importance, in addition to the types of unified standards and the most important institutions and organizations responsible for issuing standards for libraries, especially the standards used in learning resource centers and the importance of using them in learning resource centers., While addressing in some detail the standard of the Arab Union for School Libraries and Learning Resource Centers.
