المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الريادية في تحسين السمعة التنظيمية للمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر، وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم السمعة التنظيمية وأهداف بناء سمعة تنظيمية جيدة بالمؤسسة التعليمية، فوائد السمعة التنظيمية الجيدة للمؤسسة، وأبعاد السمعة التنظيمية، وفيما يتعلق بالقيادة الريادية فقد تناول مفهوم القيادة الريادية، وأهمية تبني قادة المؤسسات لنمط القيادة الريادية، وخصائص وسمات القائد الريادي، والكفايات التي يتمتع بها، علاوة على استكشاف الوضع الراهن للسمعة التنظيمية للمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر ودور الإدارة المدرسية في تشكيل هذه السمعة. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم الاستعانة بأسلوب السيناريو. حيث تم بناء مقياس للسمعة التنظيمية طبق على عينة من أولياء الأمور عددها (٢١٥) مفردة، وأظهرت النتائج أن المدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر تعاني العديد من جوانب القصور، والتي أبرزها افتقاد معلمي هذه المرحلة للمهارات التدريس الحديثة، وضعف قدرات الإدارة المدرسية على ابتكار أساليب لتسهيل الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لأولياء الأمور، وضعف انتظام الطلاب، قصور الإدارة المدرسية في اغتنام فرص مشاركة الطلاب في المسابقات الرياضية، علاوة على ضعف دور الأنشطة الطلابية في ترسيخ القيم الاجتماعية وغيرها من جوانب القصور والتي تعكس الصورة الذهنية السلبية الراسخة لدى أولياء الأمور، كما تم تطبيق استبانة على عينه من أعضاء الإدارة المدرسية عددهم (١٤٧)، للوقوف على آرائهم إزاء المقترحات التي يمكن من خلالها تحسين السمعة التنظيمية للمدرسة في ضوء القيادة الريادية، وتوصل البحث إلى سيناريو امتدادي يعد استمرار للوضع الراهن والذي يساعد على استمرار انخفاض السمعة التنظيمية للمدرسة الثانوية العامة، والسيناريو الابتكاري وهو السيناريو المقترح، والذي يساعد على تحسين السمعة التنظيمية للمدرسة الثانوية العامة من خلال القيادة الريادية.

The current research aims to identify the role of entrepreneurial leadership in improving the organizational reputation of the public secondary school in Egypt, by identifying the concept of organizational reputation and the objectives of building a good organizational reputation in the educational institution, the benefits of a good organizational reputation for the institution, and the dimensions of organizational reputation. It addressed the concept of entrepreneurial leadership, the importance of institutional leaders adopting the entrepreneurial leadership style, the characteristics and traits of a pioneering leader, and the competencies that he enjoys, in addition to exploring the current status of the organizational reputation of the public secondary school in Egypt and the role and role of the school administration in shaping this reputation. The descriptive method was used in this research, and the scenario method was used. Where a measure of organizational reputation was built and applied to a sample of (215) parents, and the results showed that the public secondary school in Egypt suffers from many shortcomings, perhaps the most important of which is the lack of modern teaching skills for teachers of this stage, and the weakness of the school management’s abilities to invent methods to facilitate Educational services provided to parents, poor student attendance, failure of the school administration to seize opportunities for students to participate in sports competitions, in addition to the weak role of student activities in consolidating social values and other shortcomings that reflect the negative mental image established among parents, and A questionnaire was also applied to a sample of (147) members of the school administration, to find out their views on the proposals that can improve the school's organizational reputation in the light of the pioneering leadership. The research found an extension scenario that is a continuation of the current situation, which helps to continue the decline in the organizational reputation of the public secondary school. And the innovative scenario is the proposed scenario, which helps to improve the organizational reputation of the public secondary school through entrepreneurial leadership.
