المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التوجه الديني بشقيه الجوهري، والظاهري لدى المرشد النفسي العيادي بمستشفى العزل، وعلاقته بصحته النفسية، وأدائه الإرشادي في التعامل مع المرضى المصابين بفيروس كورونا، وتكونت العينة من (225) مرشدا، ومرشدة منهم (103) مرشدا، و(122) مرشدة في عدد من مستشفيات العزل المختلفة في مصر، طبق عليهم مقاييس قائمة وجهة التدين الجوهرية والظاهرية، ومقياس الصحة النفسية، ومقياس وظائف المرشد النفسي العيادي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين التدين الجوهري، وكلا من الصحة النفسية، وأدوار المرشد في مستشفيات العزل المتعلقة بالمحور: (الاجتماعي، الصحي، السلوكي، السيكولوجي، المهني)، بينما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا، بين التوجه الديني الظاهري، والصحة النفسية لدى المرشد النفسي، وعلى العكس وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة، بين التدين الظاهري لدى المرشد، وأدواره في مستشفيات العزل المتعلقة بالمحور (الاجتماعي، المهني، جمع المعلومات). كما أظهرت النتائج أن التدين الجوهري لدى المرشد النفسي العيادي في مستشفيات العزل يسهم إسهاما موجبا دالا إحصائيا في التنبؤ بالصحة النفسية، وبأدوار المرشد في مستشفيات العزل المتعلقة بالمحور: (الاجتماعي، الصحي، السلوكي، السيكولوجي، المهني) بينما يسهم التدين الظاهري لدى المرشد إسهاما سالبا دالا إحصائيا في التنبؤ بدوره في مستشفيات العزل، المرتبط بمحور جمع المعلومات، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا، بين الذكور والإناث من المرشدين في وجهة التدين الجوهرية، والظاهرية وفي بعض أدوارهم المتعلقة بالمحور الصحي، والسيكولوجي والمهني، بينما وجدت الفروق بينهم في بعض أدوارهم المتعلقة بالمحور الاجتماعي، والسلوكي، وجمع المعلومات، ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التدين الجوهري، والظاهري، والصحة النفسية لدى المرشد وفقا لمتغيري العمر، والخبرة.

This study aimed to identify of the relationships between counselor's religious orientation and his mental health and counseling performance. The sample consisted of (225) counselors (113 male & 122 female) In a number of different Corona hospitals in Egypt, The researcher used the following scales: religious orientation (extrinsic & intrinsic), mental health, and the functions of the student counselor in Corona hospitals. The results showed that there was a positive correlation statistically significant between the intrinsic religious orientation and both mental health and the roles of the counselor in Corona hospitals related to the five dimensions (social, health, behavioral, Psychological, vocational). Whereas, there was a negative correlation statistically significant between the extrinsic religious orientation and mental health of the counselor. On the contrary, there was a positive correlation between the extrinsic religious orientation and his roles at schools related to the five dimensions (social, professional, gathering information). Additionally, the results showed that the intrinsic religious orientation contributed positively in predicting mental health and roles of the counselor in Corona hospitals related to the five dimensions ( social, health, behavioral, Psychological, vocational), whereas extrinsic religious orientation contributing negatively in predicting his role in Corona hospitals related to the dimension of the gathering information. In addition, the results showed that there was no statistically significant differences between male and female counselors related to religious orientation (extrinsic & intrinsic) and in some of their roles related to health, Psychological, and professional dimensions, whereas there were differences between them in some of their roles related to social and behavioral and gathering information dimensions. There were no statistically significant differences among counselors in religious orientation (extrinsic & intrinsic), and mental health related to age, experience.
