المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) والى اله وصحبه المنتجبين والحمد لله رب العالمين القائل (يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ) (المجادلة : 11) لقد تعرض العراق عبر العصور وعلى مدار الزمان إلى غزوات عديدة وأسبابها متشابهة الغرض منها التوسع ونهب خيراته وتدميره منذ ذلك الوقت ولحد الأن حيت بقى العراق شامخا بأرضه وشعبة ولم يستسلم إلى هذه الغزوات عبر التاريخ حين حل عدوا مكان أخر حيث حل السلاجقة محل البويهيين في السيطرة على مقاليد الخلافة العباسية حيث شهدت الخلافة العباسية في هذه الفترة تدهورا ملحوظا وضعف دب في جميع مفاصلها. حيث تعرض الخلفاء العباسيين إلى مختلف التجاوزات. فقد اتخذ السلاجقة سياسة البويهيون عند دخولهم بغداد سنة (447 ه إلى 590ه) (1055- 1155 م) ألا أنهم لم يتخذوا مدينة بغداد مقرا لهم وأنما ارسلوا نوابهم إلى العراق فشاركوا الخلفاء العباسيين في مظاهر سيادهم السياسية والدينية ولم يبقى للخليفة العباسي سواء الاسم. وهذا ما دفعني لاختيار بحثي. وقد تضمن البحث فضلا عن المقدمة والخاتمة وقائمة المراجع والمصادر ثلاثة مباحث جاء المبحث الأول بعنوان: السلاجقة الأصل والموطن، أسباب دخولهم بغداد وتضمن المبحث الثاني أثر التسلط السلجوقي على جوانب الحياة العامة لدى العباسيين أما المبحث الثالث جاء تحث عنوان الحياة الدينية. والله ولي التوفيق

Where the Abbasid caliphs were exposed to various abuses. The Seljuks adopted the policy of the Buyids when they entered Baghdad in the year (447 AH to 590 AH) (1055-1155 AD), but they did not take the city of Baghdad as their headquarters, but rather sent their deputies to Iraq, so they participated in the Abbasid caliphs in the manifestations of their political and religious sovereignty, and the Abbasid caliph was left with no name. to choose my search. In addition to the introduction, conclusion and list of references and sources, the research included three topics. The first topic came under the title: The Seljuks, their origin and homeland, the reasons for their entry into Baghdad. The second topic included the impact of Seljuk domination on aspects of the public life of the Abbasids, while the third topic came under the title of religious life.
