"على الرغم من الأهمية التي يجب أن يحتلها نظام تدريب المدربين في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، إلا أن هناك دراسات أشارت إلى أوجه قصور ومشكلات تحيط بهذا النظام، بالإضافة إلى الخاصية التقليدية لمنظومة التدريب سواء في فلسفتها أو إعدادها أو تنفيذها وإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الدراسات التي تناولت تدريب المدربين في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، رغم قلتها، ركزت اهتمامها على جانب أو أكثر من جوانب نظام التدريب، مثل الاحتياجات التدريبية ومشكلات تدريبهم وتقييم هذه البرامج. وهدف البحث الحالي للتوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات لتحقيق التدريب والتطوير المهني للمدربين التحول الرقمي في ضوء تطبيق إدارة التحول الرقمي، وبناء على ذلك حاول البحث الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: -ما الأسس النظرية لتطوير نظام التدريب والتطوير المهني للمدربين في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في ضوء تطبيق إدارة التحول الرقمي؟ -ما المتطلبات اللازمة لتطوير نظام التدريب والتطوير المهني للمدربين في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في ضوء تطبيق إدارة التحول الرقمي؟"
"Despite the importance that the training of trainers system should occupy in The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, there are studies that indicated deficiencies and problems surrounding this system, in addition to the traditional characteristic of the training system, whether in its philosophy or preparation. In addition, the studies that dealt with training of trainers at The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, although few, focused their attention on one or more aspects of the training system, such as training needs, problems of their training and evaluation of these programs. The aim of the current research is to reach a set of requirements to achieve training and professional development for trainer’s digital transformation in light of the application of digital transformation management, and accordingly the research tried to answer the following questions: -What are the theoretical foundations for developing the training and professional development system for trainers at The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in light of the application of digital transformation management? -What are the requirements for developing the training and professional development system for trainers at The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in light of the implementation of the Digital Transformation Administration?"
