المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين فاعلية محتوى الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين ومستوى أدائهم من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (224) مديرا ومديرة من مدارس محافظة المفرق، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبانة قياس فاعلية محتوى الدورات التدريبية واستبانة لقياس مستوى أداء المعلمين. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى أداء المعلمين والمجالات التابعة له، من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق قد جاء (متوسطا)، وبينت النتائج وجود علاقات موجبة (طردية الاتجاه) بين فاعلية مجالات محتوى الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين من جهة، وبين مجالات أداء المعلمين من جهة أخرى. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحثون مجموعة من التوصيات.

The content study aimed to investigate the relationship between the effectiveness of teachers training courses and the level of their performance. The researcher adopted the descriptive correlational methodology as it fits the nature of the study. The sample of the study consisted of (224) principals. To achieve this aim the researchers administrated a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of training courses content and a questionnaire to measure teachers' performance. The findings of the study showed that the effectiveness of training courses content as perceived by school principals was in an average level. Moreover, the level of teachers’ performance was in an average level as perceived by principals. The findings showed that there was a positive correlational relationship between the effectiveness of training courses content and teacher’s performance domains. Based on the findings the researcher presented several recommendations such as: calling on the concerned authorities represented by the Ministry of Education, its Training Academy and the Education Directorate of the various governorates in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the need to pay attention to and improve the training environment.
