المستخلص: بعد ولوجه للبيئة الرقمية المنتشرة في كافة المناحي، اكتسى الخطاب السياسي الصفة الافتراضية بما فيها من مواكبة التطور من جهة وضمان الوصول والتبليغ والتأثير، فقد استفاد من الجوانب التفاعلية التي أتاحتها البيئة الافتراضية على اختلاف تطبيقاتها، فالمتلقي في هذه البيئة عنصر فاعل لا يكتفي بالتلقي إنما يشارك ويحلل ويناقش وينقد ما يتلقاه من خطابات، الأمر الذي أذاب الحدود والفواصل بين المرسل والمتلقي، فقد غيرت البيئة الافتراضية من الأدوار الاتصالية ومن درجة أهمية كل منها. فأهمية الرسالة هنا لا تتجاوز أهمية تلقيها، فمن أراد فهم الخطاب السياسي الافتراضي فإن هذا لن يحدث بعيدا عن فهم ما رافقه من تفاعل ومن أراء ربما تشكل إضافات له وربما تعارضه، وهو بالضبط اشتغال المقاربة التداولية، لهذا جاء هذا البحث لاقتراح منهجية قادرة على مساءلة الخطاب السياسي ضمن متغيرات البيئة الافتراضية.

After gaining access to the digital environment in every domain, political discourse has by default gained the virtuality feature, including keeping pace with the development and ensuring information and influence, and benefitted from interactivity offered by the virtual environment with its various applications. The receiver in the virtual environment is an active actor, not only a passive one; he rather takes part, analyses, discusses and critiques what he receives. Which eliminates boundaries, and divides between the sender and the receiver; and leads to an exchange of roles between them, a continuous interactive dialogue will take place. The virtual environment has altered both the communicational roles and the degree of importance of each part. The prominence of the message here does not overlap receiving it, and understanding the virtual political discourse cannot be beyond the interaction, the views that go along with, and the shift from understanding its content to understanding its use by the receiver, which refers exactly to the pragmatic approach scope. Therefore, this research suggests a methodology able of questioning political discourse within the virtual environment changes.
