المستخلص: "مأساة فلسطين في حجمها وفي حدتها أكبر مأساة إنسانية ألمت بالأمة الإسلامية في تاريخها الحديث، ولا تزال هذه المأساة ساخنة، ولا تزال هذه المأساة ملتهبة، ولا تزال هذه المأساة متفجرة، ولا تزال أبعادها مفتوحة، ولا يزال حجمها متزايدا لدرجة أنها أصبحت مأساة المسلمين الكبرى، وقضيتهم الأولى؛ إنها قضية وجودهم، إنها قضية مصيرهم، إنها قضية حضارتهم. فكان من الطبيعي أن تنعكس هذه القضية المصيرية ومأساتها في الأدب الحديث؛ لذلك انطلقت ألسنة الشعراء وأقلام الكتاب لتعبر عن ضمير الأمة وما يعتلج فيه حيال قضية فلسطين من ألم ونقمة وتطلع إلى مستقبل تمسح فيه تلك الجراحات. وقد كان الشاعران زاهر الألمعي وعارف الشيخ حسن من أبرز شعراء القرن العشرين الذين تناولا القضية الفلسطينية وخصصا لها قسما وفيرا من شعرهما، وعكسا مأساتها في العديد من قصائدهما. فقد تنبأ الشاعران في قصيدتي (رحاب فلسطين وأمة القرآن) بالمأساة الفلسطينية وتحدثا عن أسباب حدوثها واستمرارها ودعيا إلى معالجتها بحزم وقوة. أما أسباب ظهورها واستمرارها فهي تتلخص في مؤامرات الغرب الضلامية ومخططاته التقسيمية للأمة العربية والإسلامية من أجل إضعافها أولا، وغفلة الأمة العربية والحكام عن مصيرها وعن تلك المؤامرات الجائرة وتوانيها عن القيام بإنقاذها من براثن اليهود ثانيا. أما طرق معالجتها فهي تكمن في قطع الأمل عن الحلول السلمية والمفاوضات والصدوف عن التوجه إلى الأمم المتحدة المساندة للاحتلال، ومن ثم توحد الأمة الإسلامية تحت راية الإسلام دون الحلول القومية وتكاتفها وقيامها بخوض النضالات ضد الكيان الصهيوني الذي لا يؤمن بسلام ولا يرضخ إلا للقوة."

"The tragedy of Palestine in its size and intensity is the largest human tragedy that has befallen the Islamic nation in its modern history, and this tragedy is still hot, and this tragedy is still burning, and this tragedy is still explosive, its dimensions are still open, and its size is still increasing to a degree It has become the great tragedy of the Muslims, and their first cause; It is the issue of their existence, it is the issue of their destiny, it is the issue of their civilization. It was natural for this fateful issue and its tragedy to be reflected in modern literature. That is why the tongues of poets and the pens of writers set out to express the nation’s conscience and the pain and resentment it deals with regarding the Palestine issue, and it aspired to a future in which those wounds would be wiped out. This issue occupied Arabic literature, in its two parts, poetry and prose. The poets of the Arab nation, led by “Zahir alalmi” and “Aref al-Sheikh Hassan”, were among the most prominent poets of the twentieth century who dealt with the Palestinian issue and devoted an abundant portion of their poetry to it, and reflected its tragedy in their poetry collections. The two poets had prophesied in their poems the Palestinian tragedy before its occurrence and talked about the causes of its occurrence and its continuation and called for it to be addressed firmly and forcefully. As for the reasons for its emergence and its persistence, it is summarized in the dark plots of the West and its divisive plans for the Arab and Islamic nation in order to weaken it first, and the negligence of the Arab nation and rulers about its fate and those unfair conspiracies and its reluctance to rescue it from the clutches of the Jews. As for the methods of dealing with them, according to the narration of our poets, they lie in cutting off hope of peaceful solutions and the socalled negotiations, and then uniting the Islamic nation under the banner of Islam and its solidarity and its launch of struggles against the Zionist entity."
