المستخلص: The study aims at highlighting development topics in the written press, which considers development as the heart of the issue, as the most important subject to be discussed through the use of a space considered by the general area allocated to subjects in the daily newspapers. The study will cover the development of the local level as it does at the national level, with development media being primarily local. This is through a study on the "deep Algeria" page of Al-Khabar daily by monitoring development topics and arranging them on the page in question, and we also discussed the reference frameworks for these topics and the press templates through which the topics were discussed.

The study aimed to define the concept of marketing in general, agile planning in general and marketing planning in particular and its importance, and to introduce the concept of performance of the two years, which is a field study on banks (Bemo Saudi Fransi, Al Baraka) in the governorate of Damascus, where (60) questionnaires were distributed to the study community. It consists of all employees of the private banks (Bemo Saudi Fransi, Al Baraka). And it concluded that the workers in the banks under study have knowledge of the concept of agile marketing, and there is a relationship between (activating untapped skills and creativity as a dimension of agile marketing) on the one hand and each of (creativity, satisfaction, and job commitment) for workers in the banks under study in the governorate of Damascus.
