المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي تأخر اللغة النمائي والعاديين، وكذلك الكشف عن مستوى المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي تأخر اللغة النمائي والعاديين تعزي لمتغير النوع، وطبق هذا البحث على عينة مكونة من (١٣٠) طفلا وطفلة من (الأطفال ذوي تأخر لغة نمائي، والأطفال العاديين)، ممن تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (٦- ٩) سنوات بمتوسط حسابي (7.78) وانحراف معياري (1.12)، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس اللغة المعرب لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة (إعداد/ أحمد أبو حسيبة)، ومقياس المهارات الاجتماعية (إعداد الباحثة)، وكشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوي تأخر اللغة النمائي والعاديين على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لصالح الأطفال العاديين، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال العاديين على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية وفقا للنوع (ذكور، وإناث) وذلك عند لصالح الأطفال الذكور، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال عند مستوي (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوي تأخر اللغة النمائي وفقا للنوع (ذكور، وإناث) على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لصالح الأطفال الذكور. وأوصى البحث بضرورة إعداد برامج لتدريب وتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي تأخر اللغة النمائي.

This research aimed to identify the social skills of children with developmental language delay and normal, as well as detecting the level of social skills between children with developmental language delay and normal due to gender variable, This research was applied to a sample of (130) boys and girls (children with developmental language delay, and normal children), Those aged( 6-9) years with an arithmetic average (7.78) and standard deviation (1.12), The researcher used the language scale for pre-school children (prepared by Ahmed Abu Hassiba), and the social skills scale (prepared by the researcher), The results of the research revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of children with developmental language delay and normal children on the social skills scale in favor of normal children. And there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of normal children on the social skills scale according to gender (males and females) in favor of male children, there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of children at the level (0.01) between the average scores of children with developmental language delay according to gender (males and females) on the social skills scale in favor of male children. And there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of children at the level (0.01) between the average scores of children with developmental language delay according to gender (males and females) on the social skills scale in favor of male children. The research recommended the necessity of preparing programs to train and develop social skills for children with language developmental delay.
