المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج إعداد محضري مختبرات العلوم في جامعة القصيم في ضوء مهام محضر المختبر الفنية والإدارية اللازمة للعمل في المختبرات المدرسية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف؛ قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بالمهام الفنية والإدارية الواجب تضمينها في مقررات برنامج إعداد محضري مختبرات العلوم، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي بنوعيه المعتمد على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، والوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع توصيفات مقررات برنامج إعداد محضري مختبرات العلوم بجامعة القصيم البالغ عددها (32) مقررا موزعة على أربع مستويات دراسية، بالإضافة إلى جميع طلاب برنامج دبلوم محضري المختبرات الذين أنهو مقررات البرنامج في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 1442ه، وعددهم (32) طالبا، واستخدم الباحث أداتي بطاقة تحليل محتوى توصيف مقررات البرنامج عينة الدراسة بالاعتماد على الموضوع وحدة للتحليل، واختبار موضوعي لمستوى إلمام الطالب/ محضر المختبر بالمهام الفنية والإدارية اللازمة للعمل في المختبر المدرسي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توافر الموضوعات المرتبطة بالمهام الفنية في برنامج إعداد محضري مختبرات العلوم بجامعة القصيم كان بدرجة متوسطة، بينما توافر الموضوعات المرتبطة بالمهام الإدارية كان بدرجة ضعيفة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى إلمام الطالب/ محضر المختبر في جامعة القصيم بالمهام الفنية والإدارية اللازمة للعمل في المختبر المدرسي بدرجة ضعيفة، وأن مستويات الطلاب فيه أقل من مستوى الكفاية اللازمة للعمل في المختبر المدرسي، والمحدد بـ (%60).

The study aimed to evaluating the introductory program designed for science laboratory technicians at Qassim University in light of the technical and administrative tasks necessary to be acquainted with to work in school laboratories. For the purpose of achieving this goal, the researcher made a list of the technical and administrative tasks which should be included in the curriculum planned for science laboratories technicians as an introductory program. The researcher used descriptive research methodology, adopting the two approaches of: content analysis and descriptive survey. Study sample consisted of all (32)courses included in the introductory program of science laboratories technicians at Qassim University, as they are divided over four academic levels, in addition to all the students of Laboratory Technicians Diploma Program, who completed program’s courses in the second semester of the year1442 AH. They were (32) students. The researcher used two study tools: the first was a content analysis card describing program’s courses, under-study, based on topic, as the basis for analysis; and the second was an objective test to measure the level of student/laboratory technician’s familiarity with the technical and administrative tasks necessary to work in school laboratories. The results of the study demonstrated that the topics related to the technical tasks were covered in the introductory program of science laboratories technicians at Qassim University to a medium degree، while the topics related to the administrative tasks were covered to a low degree. Moreover, the results also illustrated that the level of Qassim University student/ laboratory technician familiarity with the technical and administrative tasks necessary to work in school laboratories was low and that the efficiency level of the students was below the level of proficiency necessary to work in school laboratories, which is specified at (60%).
