المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلاة وسلاما على خير خلقه أجمعين وبعد،،، فلعل مما يثير الدهشة والعجب؛ أن نرى البعض في عصرنا هذا؛ يتصور أن طريق العلم، وفقه قوانين التسخير، وإدارك سنن الله تعالى في الأنفس والآفاق ليست من الدين!! على الرغم من هذا الحشد الهائل من الآيات والأحاديث التي تدعو إليها، وتحض عليها، ومن الممارسة العملية التي كان عليها المسلمون الأوائل. وكثمرة للتخلف والعجز عن المواكبة والاستجابة لمتطلبات العصر؛ فإننا كثيرا ما نرى اليوم مسلمين من أصحاب التخصصات العلمية العالية، يعدلون عنها، وعن متابعتها ليمارسوا الفتوى، والتفسير، والفقه، وشئون الدعوة، والبحث في مشكلات الدعاة، الأمور التي تتطلب علما وتخصصا، في الوقت الذي نرى فيه بعضا من الفقهاء والمحدثين يتكلمون في الطب، والفلك والأنواء، والكيمياء وكروية الأرض، وإمكانية الوصول إلى القمر والفضاء الخارجي..! إنه الاضطراب نتيجة التبعيض، وتمزق الرؤية الإسلامية الشاملة، والفهم القاصر لأبعاد الفروض الكفائية، وآفاقها الرحبة والفسيحة؛ ولو تمكنا من العلم الشرعي، وتمثلناه حق تمثله؛ لقادنا بالضرورة إلى النبوغ في العلوم الدنيوية، ومواكبة متطلبات العصر، وإيمانا من الباحث بأهمية هذه القضية؛ جاء هذا البحث في محاولة لتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف لعل أهمها: بيان مفهوم الفرض الكفائي، وخطورة الفهم القاصر لأبعاده وآفاقه، وإبراز أثر إحياء الفروض في النهضة بالعلوم الشرعية، وتحقيق الاستجابة لمتطلبات العصر.

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the best of all of his creation. To see some in our time who imagines that the path of knowledge, according to the laws of subjugation, and understanding the laws of Allah Almighty in souls and worlds are not part of the religion !! In spite of this enormous crowd of verses and hadiths that call for and exhort them, and from the practical practice that the early Muslims were doing, That is because acquiring what is called (worldly sciences) is a imposition of adequacy for the ummah not an obligatory for each Muslim. As a result of backwardness and inability to keep pace with the requirements of the times; Today, we often see Muslims of high academic specializations, converting from it and from pursuing it, to practice fatwa, interpretation, jurisprudence, missionary affairs, and research into the problems of preachers, matters that require knowledge and specialization, while we see some of the jurists and hadiths speaking about Medicine, astronomy and meteorology, chemistry and the Earth's spheres, and access to the moon and outer space. It is the turmoil as a result of exclusion, the disruption of the comprehensive Islamic vision, and the inadequate understanding of the dimensions of the imposition of adequacy, and their broad and vast horizons. If we were able to obtain Islamic knowledge, and represent it the right way to represent it; He led us necessarily to excellence in the worldly sciences, keeping pace with the requirements of the times, and in the researcher's belief in the importance of this issue, This research came in an attempt to achieve a set of goals, perhaps the most important of which are: clarifying the concept of imposition of adequacy, the seriousness of the short understanding of its dimensions and prospects, highlighting the effect of reviving hypotheses on the renaissance of Sharia sciences, and achieving response to the requirements of the age. And highlighting the impact of reviving the obligatory and assumptions for the renaissance of Sharia sciences, and achieving response to the requirements of the age.
