التكامل الاقتصادي بين مصر ودول حوض النيل عميق الجذور قائم منذ الأزل فهو استطراد طبيعي للتفاعل بين مصر ودول حوض النيل والذي اتخذ صورا عديدة على مر التاريخ السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والذي كان له دورا كبيرا في صناعة حضارة حوض النيل، وتجاوز العديد من المشاكل والعقبات في القضايا محل الخلاف بينهم، وقد تركزت صور التكامل الاقتصادي بين مصر ودول حوض النيل على مقومات جغرافية طبيعية أهمها الموقع ومظاهر السطح والخصائص المناخية والنباتية والخصائص الهيدرولوجية. وتأتي أهمية البحث من خلال الأهمية الاستراتيجية للتعاون بين مصر ودول حوض النيل، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكذلك المنهج الإقليمي، والأسلوب التحليلي، والكارتوجرافى، كما أعتمد على البيانات الصادرة من منظمة الأغذية والزراعة (FAO)، والبنك الدولي، والبنك الأفريقي للتنمية. ويتمثل الهدف الرئيسي من البحث في التعرف على المقومات الطبيعية لحوض النيل وأثره على التعاون بين مصر ودول حوض النيل وتطوير آليات سبل التعاون بينهما من أجل دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية في أطار متوازن بين دول الحوض مع طرح بعض التوصيات التي تساهم في زيادة معدلات التنمية والتبادل التجاري بين مصر ودول حوض النيل والتي كان من أهمها تعزيز سبل التكامل الاقتصادي بصيغه المختلفة بداية من الصيغة التقليدية مرورا بالصيغة البديلة وصولا إلى الإقليمية الجديدة من خلال إعادة إحياء المشروعات الاقتصادية المشتركة مع دول حوض النيل والتي من شأنها الدفع بعملية التكامل الاقتصادي إلى الأمام لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية مع إعطاء الأولوية لتلك المشروعات التي بدأ تنفيذها أو التي اقتربت من الانتهاء، ومن بين تلك المشروعات مشروعات الأمن المائي بين دول حوض النيل والتي من شأنها تعزيز إمكانيات التكامل الإقليمي والتنمية الاقتصادية، ومشروعات إنتاج الطاقة والمشروعات الزراعية وإنتاج الثروة الحيوانية.
The economic integration between Egypt and Nile Basin countries is deeply rooted since eternity. It is a natural continuation of the interaction between Egypt and Nile Basin countries that takes many forms throughout the political, economic, social and cultural history and that has a great role in forming the Nile Basin civilization and overcoming many problems and obstacles regarding the controversial issues among them. Economic integration between Egypt and Nile Basin countries is manifest in the natural geographic factors such as location, surface manifestations, climate, plant and hydrological characteristics. The research importance lies in the strategic importance of cooperation between Egypt and Nile Basin countries. The research depends on the descriptive and analytical methods, the regional approach, the analytical method, and cartography. The research’s main aim lies in identifying the natural subsistent factors of the Nile Basin and their impact on cooperation between Egypt and Nile Basin countries and on the development of the cooperative ways among them to promote economic development within a balanced framework. There are also some recommendations that contribute to increasing the development rates and commercial exchange between Egypt and Nile Basin countries and the most important one is supporting the means of economic integration in their different forms starting with the traditional form, passing through the alternative ones, and ending with the new regional forms. This can be achieved through reviving the common economic projects with Nile Basin countries that promote the economic integration process to achieve the economic development. A priority should be given to the projects which started to be carried out or nearly implemented. These projects include the water security projects among Nile Bain countries that promote the regional integration potentials and economic development, the agricultural projects and the livestock production projects as well.
