المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بمختلف المحاور الرئيسية التي لابد أن تتضمنها البرامج التكوينية لإعداد أخصائي المعلومات للتعامل مع مختلف التحولات الرقمية، والتعرف على مختلف الممارسات التي يعتمدها لتطوير الخدمات المقدمة وتحقيق فعالية وجودة في خدمات المكتبة من خلال الكشف على المؤهلات الضرورية للعمل. ولأجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات من المبحوثين. حيث تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية وبنسبة 50% من أخصائي المعلومات العاملين بمكتبات جامعة قسنطينة 1 للوقوف على أهم النقاط الضرورية التي تدعم العمل المكتبي في البيئة الرقمية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة التطوير والتجديد في البرامج التكوينية الحالية الخاصة بإعداد أخصائي المعلومات سواءا خلال التعليم الجامعي أو التكوين المستمر أثناء الخدمة وذلك كي تتلاءم مع بيئة المعلومات وفي مختلف القطاعات.

The aim of the study is to publicize the various main areas that must be included in the formative programmes to prepare the information specialist to deal with various digital transformations, to identify the different practices he adopts to develop the services provided and to achieve efficiency and quality in library services by identifying the necessary qualifications for work. To that end, the descriptive curriculum and questionnaire tool for collecting information from researchers were drawn up. A random sample of 50% of the information specialists from the libraries of the University of Constantine 1 was selected to identify the most important points necessary to support desk work in the digital environment. The study concluded that in order to adapt to the information environment and in different sectors, existing formative programmes for preparing information specialists, both during university education and in service continuing training, should be developed and innovative.

L’objectif de l’étude est de faire connaître les différents domaines principaux qui doivent être inclus dans les programmes de formation pour préparer le spécialiste de l’information à faire face aux diverses transformations numériques, identifier les différentes pratiques qu’il adopte pour développer les services fournis et atteindre l’efficacité et la qualité des services de bibliothèque en identifiant les qualifications nécessaires pour le travail. À cette fin, le curriculum descriptif et l’outil de questionnaire permettant de recueillir des informations auprès des chercheurs ont été élaborés. Un échantillon aléatoire de 50% des spécialistes de l’information des bibliothèques de l’Université de Constantine 1 a été sélectionné pour identifier les points les plus importants nécessaires pour soutenir le travail de bureau dans l’environnement numérique.
