المستخلص: السنة النبوية منهج عالمي، أي أنها صالحة لجميع البشر، تراعي مصالح الناس جميعا، وهي بمثابة الطريقة المثلى التي يمكن للبشرية جمعاء أن تتبعها في كل زمان ومكان، إذ لا يخلو واقع الناس في حياتهم من حكم شرعي أو سلوك إنساني قويم يقتبس منها. والناظر المنصف في سنته ومنهج حياته صلى الله عليه وسلم وما نتج عنه من سلوك إنساني راق تجاوز حدود أمته في الزمان والمكان. وما يهدف إليه هذا المنهج من مقاصد، يدرك الكثير من المقومات والمؤهلات والصفات التي ضمنت لهذه السنة النجاح والخلود وقوة التأثير. وهذا البحث هو محاولة لبيان نماذج من تلك المقومات والمقاصد والغايات التي تميزت بها سنة النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وكان لها أثر جلي في المجتمع الإنساني.

The Sunnah of the Prophet is a universal approach: it is valid for all human beings regardless of all manner of considerations. It takes into account the interests of all people, and it is the ideal way that all mankind can follow across the centuries and everywhere. After all, people’s daily lives are by no means devoid of a legal rule or a well-guided human behaviour that is not taken out of the Prophetic teachings. The fair beholder in the Prophet’s Sunnah and the approach of his life, peace be upon him, and the resulting humane, sublime behaviour- that transcends the boundaries of his nation in time and space-and what this approach aims for realizes many of the fundamentals, qualifications, and qualities that guaranteed this Sunnah’s success. It is these distinct unparalleled qualities per set hat has secured and will secure the Sunnah’s eternity and the power of its influence. The present research work is an attempt to show examples of those foundations. It, in the same vein, strives to bring to the light of day the manifold purposes characterized the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and generate the clear impact it has had on human society.
