المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، تحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق معلمي التربية الإسلامية التنمية المستدامة في المرحلة المتوسطة، التعرف على دور معلمي التربية الإسلامية في عملية التنمية المستدامة في المرحلة المتوسطة، وتعرف أهداف التنمية المستدامة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، طبقت الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (30) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية المنتظمة. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن دور معلمي التربية الإسلامية في تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة في المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن هناك متطلبات بيئية واجتماعية واقتصادية يمكن مراعاتها لكي تحقق التنمية المستدامة وهذا يتطلب التوافق والانسجام بين أنظمة المجتمع نظام سياسي: يضمن الديمقراطية والشورى في اتخاذ القرار، نظام اقتصادي: يمكن من تحقيق الفائض، ويعتمد على الذات، نظام اجتماعي: ينسجم مع المخططات التنموية وأساليب تنفيذها. نظام إنتاجي: يكرس مبدأ الجدوى البيئية في المشاريع، نظام تكنولوجي: يمكن من البحث وإيجاد الحلول لما يواجهه من مشكلات، نظام دولي: يعزز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في مشروع التنمية، نظام إداري: مرن يملك القدرة على التصحيح الذاتي، نظام ثقافي: يدرب على تأصيل البعد البيئي في كل أنشطة الحياة عامة، والتنمية المستدامة خاصة.

The aim of the research is to identify the dimensions of sustainable development, determine the requirements necessary for Islamic education teachers to achieve sustainable development sustainable development in the intermediate stage, identify the role of Islamic education teachers in the process of sustainable development in the intermediate stage, identify the goals of sustainable development, the descriptive approach was used, applied The questionnaire was conducted on a sample of (30) male and female teachers who were chosen in a systematic random manner. The results of the research concluded that the role of Islamic education teachers in achieving the requirements of sustainable development in the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait came to a high degree, and that there are environmental, social and economic requirements that can be taken into account in order to achieve development Sustainable and this requires compatibility and harmony between the society’s systems; a political system: that guarantees democracy and consultation in decision-making; an economic system: that enables surplus realization, and is self-reliant; a social system: that is consistent with development plans and methods of implementation; a productive system: that enshrines the principle of environmental feasibility in projects. A technological system: enables research and find solutions to the problems it faces, an international system: enhances cooperation and exchange of experiences in the fields of technology Horrors of development, administrative system: flexible with the ability to self-correct, cultural system: training to root the environmental dimension in all life activities in general, and sustainable development in particular.
