المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات اليمنية في ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبع الباحث المنهج التحليلي التركيبي النظري كسبيل للتعرف على مفهوم وطبيعة الأداء المهني وأهميته، لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات اليمنية؛ للإفادة من تكنولوجيا التعليم في تطوير الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. وقد توصل الباحث إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات اليمنية في ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم، يتضمن الأهداف العامة وما يتفرع عنها من أهداف فرعية تفصيلية، وإجراءات تنفيذها وجهات تنفيذها، ومؤشرات الأداء المتوقعة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بضرورة تبني ودعم التصور المقترح وما يتضمنه من حلول لتطوير الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، وتطوير وتحديث البنية التحتية للجامعات في كل ما يتعلق بتكنولوجيا التعليم من أجهزة وبرامج وشبكات إلكترونية.......الخ، وبناء وتصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتطوير الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات اليمنية، في ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم.

This Study aims to develop a proposed vision for the development of the professional performance for the faculty members of the Yemeni universities in the light of the educational technology. To achieve this objective, the researcher followed the structural, theoretical and analytical method as a way to identify the concept and nature of professional performance and its importance in order to develop a proposed vision for the development of professional performance among the faculty members of the Yemeni universities in light of the technology of education, explaining how the Yemeni universities can benefit from the technology of education as a method of developing the professional performance for their faculty members. The researcher has concluded a procedure for constructing a proposed vision for developing the professional performance for the faculty members of the Yemeni universities in the light of the educational technology, including the general objectives and its detailed sub-objectives; and the procedures for achieving them, the achieving directions and expected performance indicators. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the need to adopt and support the proposed vision and its solutions to develop the professional performance for the university faculty members, and to develop and modernize the infrastructure of universities in all aspects related to educational technology as devices, training programs and electronic networks, etc. and constructing, designing and implementing training programs to develop the professional performance for the faculty members of the Yemeni universities in light of the educational technology.
