| 520 | |b Three types of honey Bee were collected i- wild honey from Southern Darfour. ii- Commercial honey from Omdurman local mark. iii- Exported honey from Turkish. The trace Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe and Cu were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer technique. We found the concentration of elements in the samples in ppm are :- Mg 14.07, 13.85 and 15.00 Ca 16.00, 14.75 and 5.60 Mn 1.50, 1.20 and 0.95 Fe 16.20 13.38 and 16.00 Cu 1.15, 1.15 and 1o.45 Respectively we noted that Sudanese honey content height concentration of elements. The objective of this paper is to determine some trace elements in honey bee by atomic absorption spectrophotometer, which is very fast, accurate and prison method. Beside it is an easily for used. The method gave very good results. | ||
