المستخلص: تعصف الأحداث بالمجتمع اليمني، وتتعقد المشكلات من الانسداد السياسي والتدهور الاقتصادي والتفكك الاجتماعي إلى الانفجار الشعبي، وتداخل المطالب المرفوعة، مع تطلعات جماعات طائفية وجهوية؛ توظفها الجماعات بدعم خارجي؛ لتتحول البلاد إلى كينات، كسبب ونتيجة لأزمة النظام السياسي (سلطة ومعارضة) بمؤسساته وثقافته إلا ديمقراطية ومنها تنبع أهمية الدراسة، التي تهدف إلى الكشف عن أزمة الأحزاب، بمعرفة دورها ومواقفها في ثورة الشباب، ومؤتمر الحوار الوطني، وفي الحرب وعودة للاستقرار، والتحليل المناسب لأزمة بنيوية ترتبط بنشأة الأحزاب ومسيرتها، وآلية عملها وممارستها، وخطابها السياسي ومشروعها المجتمعي، بتحليل نقدي ورؤية كلية لأوضاع الأحزاب في الواقع الاجتماعي اليمني، وعلاقة الأحزاب بالمجتمع والسلطة. فتشخيص أزمة الأحزاب تمثل محاولة لتجاوزها، وتقييم الظاهرة الحزبية ضرورة لأداء وظائفها بكفاءة، كما تفتح الدراسة آفاق وتطرح تساؤلات لإجراء دراسات معمقة لنظام سياسي واجتماعي، يحقق مطلب التغيير والاستقرار والتقدم.

Yemeni society ravaging by Events , crises are intensifying and problems are complicated from political blockage, economic decline and social disintegration to popular explosion, the absence of state institutions, and the demands raised overlap with the aspirations of sectarian or groups, employing these forces, and with external support, The State falls into entities, as a cause and as a result of the crisis of the political system as institutions and at the level of democratic culture, from which the importance of the subject of the study, which aims to Clarification the crisis of parties, stems from the importance of the study. It seeks to know its role in 2011, the National Dialogue Conference, its position on war and the return to stability, and the structural crisis is linked to the emergence and progress of the parties, the mechanism of their work and practice, as well as their political discourse and community project. Critical analysis is the appropriate approach through a holistic view of the conditions of parties and the social reality of Yemen, which shows the relationship of parties to society and authority. The diagnosis of the crisis of parties represents an attempt to overcome them, while assessing the party phenomenon as a necessity for its efficient functioning, as well as raising questions and opening up prospects for studies on social reality, and modern institutions to achieve the demand for political and social change.
