المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى كشف انتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي خلال مسيرات العودة وكسر الحصار وأفعاله المخالفة للاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية، والتي تعتبر انتهاكات جسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني، وأيضا يهدف إلى تحديد آليات الحماية الدولية للفلسطينيين، في حين تمثلت مشكلة البحث حول ما التكييف القانوني لانتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في مسيرات العودة الكبرى في القانون الدولي وسبل الحماية الدولية لها. واشتمل البحث على مطلب تمهيدي ومبحثين وخاتمة، حيث تناول الباحثان في المطلب التمهيدي نبذة تعريفية عن مسيرات العودة وكسر الحصار، فيما تناولا في المبحث الأول التكييف القانوني لانتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي خلال مسيرات العودة وكسر الحصار وفقا لأحكام القانون الدولي، وفي المبحث الثاني آليات الحماية للفلسطينيين المتظاهرين وفقا لأحكام القانون الدولي. وفي الخاتمة، خلص الباحثان إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، كانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثان، هي: مسيرات العودة وكسر الحصار مسيرات شعبية، سلمية وقانونية أيضا تعرض المتظاهرون في مسيرات العودة وكسر الحصار لانتهاكات جسيمة وتدهور خطير لوضع حقوق الإنسان الفلسطيني من قبل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما يخالف أحكام القانون الدولي، في حين كانت أهم التوصيات التي توصلا إليها، هي: ضرورة توفير الغطاء الدولي من وسائل وآليات لحماية المتظاهرين في مسيرات العودة وكسر الحصار لتحقيق أهدافهم المشروعة، ومحاسبة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على انتهاكاته بحقهم، وكذلك دعوة المجتمع الدولي إلى ضرورة رفع الحصار البري والبحري والجوي عن قطاع غزة كحق لكل إنسان أن يعيش بحرية وفقا لأحكام وقرارات القانون الدولي والشرعية الدولية، واحترام حقوق الفلسطينيين ووقف جميع أشكال العدوان ضد الشعب الفلسطيني.

The aim of the research was to uncover the violations of the Israeli occupation during the marches of return and break the siege and its actions in violation of international conventions and covenants, which are considered grave violations of international humanitarian law. In addition, it aimed to identify the mechanisms of the international protection for Palestinians, while the problem of research was about what is the legal adaptation of the violations of the Israeli occupation in the great marches of return international law and international protections for it. The research included a preliminary demand, two studies and a conclusion, where the two researchers dealt with an introductory statement about the marches of return and breaking the siege, while in the first topic they handled the legal adaptation of the violations of the Israeli occupation during the marches of return and breaking the siege in accordance with the provisions of international law, and in the second topic they investigated the protection mechanisms for Palestinian demonstrators in accordance with The provisions of international law. In conclusion, the two researchers concluded a set of conclusions and recommendations; the most important findings were: Return Marches and breaking the siege are popular, peaceful and legal marches. In return marches and breaking the siege, the demonstrators were also subjected to grave violations and a serious deterioration of the Palestinian human rights situation by the occupation in violation of the provisions of international law. According to the most important recommendations, they recommended the need to provide international cover of means and mechanisms to protect protesters during the return marches and break the siege to achieve their legitimate goals, to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its violations against them, as well as to call on the international community to lift the land, sea and air blockade of the Gaza Strip as the right of every human being to live freely in accordance with the provisions and resolutions of international law and international legitimacy, respect the rights of Palestinians and stop all forms of aggression against the Palestinian people.
