المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على واقع الدور الرقابي للوالدين لتحقيق السلامة الرقمية لطفل ما قبل المدرسة في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي، ورصد المعوقات التي تقف عائقا دون قيامهما بدورهما التربوي فيما يتعلق باستخدام أطفالهم للتكنولوجيا وتطبيقاتها من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (200) من الآباء والأمهات يستخدموا وأطفالهم الوسائل التكنولوجية بمدينة بورسعيد، حيث طبقت الباحثة استبيان من تصميمها، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة اتفاق أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو صعوبة قيام الوالدين بدورهما الرقابي لحماية أطفالهم من مخاطر التكنولوجيا وبخاصة؛ متابعة أنشطة أطفالهم التكنولوجية، مراجعة المواقع التي يقوم أطفالك باستخدامها عبر الإنترنت، ندرة استخدامهم لبرامج مخصصة للرقابة على المواقع الإلكترونية، لاعتقادهم بعدم وجودها، وضع أجهزة الأطفال التكنولوجية في أماكن غير مرئية لهما داخل المنزل، عدم متابعة الألعاب الإلكترونية التفاعلية التي ينخرط بها أطفالهم عبر الأجهزة الإلكترونية، بالإضافة أنهم لا يمتلكون المعرفة والخبرة الكافية للتعامل مع تصرفات أبنائهم عند التعامل مع أجهزة التكنولوجيا وتطبيقاتها، مما نتج عنه تركهم يقضون أوقاتا طويلة عليها أدنى رقابة، كما كشفت النتائج عن العديد من المعوقات منها: إهمال الوالدان تحديث ثقافتهم التكنولوجية لمواكبة التقدم التكنولوجي المتصاعد باستمرار، قصور في معرفة بالقواعد الصحيحة وقواعد السلوك الآمن لاستخدام التكنولوجيا، اتباع أساليب القسوة والعنف في توجيه سلوكيات أطفالهم عند استخدام المصادر التكنولوجية، قصور في معرفتهم بمضامين الألعاب الإلكترونية وتأثيرها على أطفالهم، الغياب لساعات طويلة خارج المنزل مما يفقدهم السيطرة على تصرفات الأطفال، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة تصورا مقترحا يساعد أولياء الأمور على تعزيز الخبرات التربوية، بشأن التعامل الأمثل للأبناء مع العالم الرقمي، وحثهم علي تفعيل أنظمة الرقابة الوالدية عند تعاملهم مع الأجهزة والتطبيقات ووسائل التواصل الإلكترونية.

The current study aimed to identify the reality of the supervisory role of parents to achieve digital safety for a pre-school child in light of the requirements of the digital age, and to monitor the obstacles that hinder them from performing their educational role with regard to their children’s use of technology and its applications from the point of view of parents, using the descriptive analytical approach, A random sample of (200) fathers and mothers who and their children use technological means in Port Said was selected, where the researcher applied a questionnaire designed by her, The results of the study showed the agreement of the study sample agreement towards the difficulty of the parents playing their supervisory role to protect their children from the risks of technology, especially; Follow -up of their children's technological activities, reviewing the sites that your children use via the Internet, the scarcity of their use of programs dedicated to controlling on websites, because they believe that they are not and their mode Electronic, in addition to that they do not have enough knowledge and experience to deal with the behavior of their children when dealing with technology devices and their applications, which resulted in leaving them to spend long times with the lowest control, as such The results revealed a number of obstacles, including: parents’ neglect to update their technological culture to keep pace with the ever-increasing technological progress, lack of knowledge of the correct rules and rules of safe behavior for the use of technology, following methods of cruelty and violence in directing their children’s behavior when using technological resources, lack of knowledge of the contents and impact of electronic games On their children, absence for long hours outside the house, which loses them control over the children's behavior, In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposed conception that helps parents to enhance educational experiences, regarding the optimal interaction of children with the digital world, and urge them to activate parental control systems when they deal with devices, applications and electronic means of communication.
