المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة استراتيجية الاتصال الإشكالية التي اعتمدتها مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر من أجل ضمان الجودة الكاملة في مجالاتها المختلفة، مقارنة بمبادئ نظرية التميز في العلاقات العامة للباحث الأمريكي جيمس جرونينج وزملائه. الهدف من هذه المادة هو إبراز الدور المتوقع للاتصال في تحقيق الجودة الكاملة في مختلف المجالات التي حددها الإطار الوطني الداخلي لضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية.

This research aims to study the problematic of communication strategy adopted by higher education institutions in Algeria in order to ensure total quality in its various fields. This is done in comparison with the principles of public relations excellence theory as stated by James Gruning and his team. The objective is to highlight the expected role of communication in achieving total quality in the areas identified by the national internal quality assurance framework in Algerian higher education institutions.

Cette recherche vise à étudier la stratégie problématique de la communication adoptée par les établissements d'enseignement supérieur en Algérie afin d'assurer une qualité totale dans ses différents domaines. Ceci est établi en comparaison avec les principes de la théorie de l'excellence en relations publiques de James Gruning et son équipe. L'objectif est de mettre en évidence le rôle attendu de la communication dans l'atteinte de la qualité totale dans les domaines identifiés par le référentiel national d'assurance qualité interne dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur algériens.
