هدفت هذه الدراسة في التعرف على درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى دورهم في تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى والبالغ عددهم (15214) طالب وطالبة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) طالب وطالبة أخذت بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة ذات صلة بالموضوع وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة من خلال عرضها على لجنة من المحكمين وتم استخراج معامل الثبات للأداة وبلغ معامل ارتباط بيرسون للأداة (0.83) بينما بلغ معامل كرونباخ الفا (0.81) وهي قيم مقبولة لمثل هذه المقاييس. تم تحليل أسئلة الدراسة باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والرتب والتقديرات لمحاور المقياس، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة المعلم لبعد تعزيز احترام المواطنة الرقمية جاءت فقراته مرتفعة بشكل عام وقد تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية ما بين (4.42- 3.08) وبانحراف معياري تراوح ما بين (0.647-0.945). بينما جاءت فقرات درجة ممارسة المعلم لبعد تعزيز تعليم المواطنة الرقمية بشكل عام متوسطة، وتراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية ما بين (3.78- 2.78) وبانحراف معياري تراوح ما بين (1.784-0.991)، بينما كانت فقرات درجة ممارسة المعلم في تعزيز التواصل الاجتماعي للمواطنة الرقمية متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي تراوح ما بين (3.27- 3.76) وانحراف معياري (0.976 -0.773)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α)، بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير المستوى. وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية للطلبة ومعلميهم الهدف منها زيادة الوعي بأهمية المواطنة الرقمية
This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of secondary school teachers in the first Zarqa education role in promoting digital citizenship from the point of view of the students. The study population consisted of (15214) students from the secondary schools in the first Zarqa, ) Student took the random cluster method, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire related to the subject was verified the validity of the tool through the presentation to a panel of arbitrators was extracted coefficient of stability of the tool and Pearson correlation coefficient (0.83), while Kronbach's alpha (.81) is acceptable values for such measures. The results of the study were analyzed using the arithmetical averages, standard deviations, grades and estimations of the scale axes. The results showed that the teacher's degree of practice after promoting respect for digital citizenship was generally high. The mathematical averages ranged between (4.42 - 3.08) and a standard deviation of (0.647 -0.945). While the levels of the teacher's degree of achievement after the promotion of digital citizenship education in general medium, and ranged between the mathematical averages (3.78 - 2.78) and standard deviation ranged between (1.784 - 1991.), while the paragraphs of the degree of teacher practice in promoting the social communication of digital citizenship medium With an average of (3.27 - 3.76) and a standard deviation (0.976-0.773). The results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05αα) between the estimates of the study sample according to gender variable.
