تعد أوقاف المساجد من أكثر مصارف الأوقاف شيوعًا في نجد قديمًا، والباحث في هذه الدراسة استعرض وثيقة تجميعية (مجموعة من عدة وثائق) لأوقاف جامع عودة سدير، وتناولها بالدراسة والتحليل مستخدمًا المنهج التاريخي، ومن أهم ما توصل إليه تحديد مصارف وقف الجامع، وهي على: ما يعين الإمام والمؤذن على أداء مهمتهم، وتفطير الصائمين، وما يتطلبه الجامع للإنارة (السراج)، ومستلزمات المدرسة، بالإضافة لكل ما يحتاجه الجامع، كما تناول أسلوب الكتابة من حيث صياغة العبارات والألفاظ، وقدم معلومات تعريفية عن كتابها، وشهودها، والقضاة الذين اعتمدوها، كما بين معاني بعض الكلمات المستخدمة فيها، والتي رأى الباحث أنه ربما يستشكل فهمها، والأسماء الواردة فيها، بالإضافة لمعلومات تفصيلية عن جامع عودة سدير، وأئمته، ومؤذنيه. وأوصى الباحث في ختام دراسته الأسر التي أقر أجدادها تلك الأوقاف، أو التي تقع هذه الأصول تحت يدها بضرورة الحفاظ على استمرار إخراج ريع الأوقاف على أوجه صرفها التي حددها أصحاب الوقف في حال كون وقفها لا زال ساريًا، مع تنمية هذه الأصول ورعايتها، أو نقلها إلى مواقع أخرى، كما حث الأسر التي تمتلك وثائق على ترميمها وحفظها على صيغ رقمية، وإتاحتها للباحثين لدراستها، وتحليلها، وربطها بغيرها من الوثائق حتى تكتمل صورة تاريخ بلدة عودة سدير.
Waqf of mosques is one of the popular Waqf channels of spending in Najd in the past. The researcher in this study presents a synthesis document (set of documents) of Ouda Sudair Mosque by studying and analyzing the documents using the historical approach. The main channel of spending of Waqf of the mosque is as follows: The essential spending for Imam and muezzin to carry out their mission, breaking the fast people (Iftar), the electricity of the mosque (the light or Siraj), teaching supplies and the mosque requirements. The researcher also tackles the writing skill in terms of formulating phrases and words in addition to identifying information about the document authors, its witness, and judges who accredited it. The researcher clarifies some used terminology that the researcher thought might be difficult to understand, and the names on it, in addition to detailed information about Ouda Sudair Mosque, its Imams, and its muezzins. In the conclusion of the study, the researcher mentions the families whose ancestors approved these Awqaf, or whose assets are under their control, to maintain the continuity of Waqf funds on the channel of spending determined by the owners of Awqaf in the event that their Waqf is still valid, while developing and nurturing for these assets, or transferring them to other location. Moreover, the researcher encourages the families who have documents to restore and save them in digital formats and make them available for researchers to study, analyze, and link with other documents to complete the picture of the history of the town of Ouda Sudair.
