المستخلص: تعد خطوط نقل النفط والمنتجات النفطية شريانا حيويا مهما في محافظة البصرة، لإسهامها في إنعاش العملية الاقتصادية، عبر استقطابها الأيدي العاملة فضلا عن توفير المشتقات النفطية بالأنابيب، يهدف البحث إلى دراسة معرفة واقع خطوط نقل النفط في المحافظة والتحديات التي تواجهها، باستخدام التحليل الجغرافي للمنطقة ومن خلال التعرف على أهم العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية التي أسهمت بالتأثير في خطوط نقل النفط، فضلا عن الكشف عن أهم المشاكل والتحديات التي تواجه هذه الخطوط من خلال دراسة المشاكل البيئية والبشرية والأمنية. تضمنت هذه الدراسة ثلاثة مباحث، والمقدمة، خصص المبحث الأول إلى تناول مفهوم خطوط الأنابيب وأهميتها وتصنيفها وخصائصها، وركز المبحث الثاني على العوامل المؤثرة في خطوط نقل النفط في محافظة البصرة، وتناول المبحث الأخير المشاكل التي تواجه خطوط نقل النفط في محافظة البصرة، الإضافة إلى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات. لقد تمثلت أهداف البحث بالآتي: - 1-إبراز أهم مشاريع نقل الأنابيب والمشتقات النفطية في محافظة البصرة ومحاولة تتبع المسار الجغرافي لكل مشروع من هذه المشاريع ابتداء من ميناء الشحن وصولا إلى ميناء التصدير. 2-معرفة التكلفة التي يتطلبها إنجاز كل مشروع من هذه المشاريع فضلا عن الكمية التي ينقلها ومقدار التعرفة الكمركية التي يتم احتسابها في كل مشروع لارتباط ذلك بتحديد الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشاريع. 3-إبراز الدور الذي تؤديه العوامل الجغرافية في تأثيرها على مسارات خطوط الأنابيب النفطية في محافظة البصرة.

Oil and petroleum products transportation lines are considered as` an important vital artery in Basra governorate, for their contribution to reviving the economic process, by attracting manpower as well as providing oil products. This research aims to study the reality of the oil transportation lines in the province and the challenges they face, using the geographical analysis of the region and by identifying the most important natural and human factors that contributed to affecting the oil transportation lines, as well as revealing the most important problems and challenges facing these lines by studying environmental, human and security problems. This study included three sections, and the introduction, the first topic was devoted to addressing the concept of pipelines and their importance, classification and characteristics, while the second topic focused on the factors affecting the oil transportation lines in Basra Governorate, and the last topic dealt with the problems facing the oil transportation lines in Basra Governorate, in addition to the conclusions and recommendations. The objectives of the research were as follows:- 1- Highlighting the most important pipelines and oil products transportation projects in Basra Governorate and trying to track the geographical path of each of these projects, starting from the shipping port to the export port. 2- Knowing the cost required to complete each of these projects, as well as the quantity transferred and the amount of the customs tariff that is calculated in each project in connection with determining the economic feasibility of the projects. 3- To highlight the role played by geographical factors in their impact on the paths of oil pipelines in Basra Governorate.
