المستخلص: تعددت تقنيات الحاسب الآلي ونمت بشكل مطرد، وما إن تظهر تقنية من هذه التقنيات إلا وتسعى التخصصات العلمية ذات العلاقة لاستثمارها وتطويعها ومحاولة الاستفادة المثلى منها، وفي هذا الإطار دأب تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات على استثمار وتطويع تلك التقنيات منذ بداياتها الأولى في أنشطة المكتبات التقليدية ومن ثم في الأنشطة الحديثة في مجال المعلومات من حيث الجمع والتنظيم والتحليل والاختزان والاسترجاع. وفي السنوات القليلة الماضية ظهرت تقنية بلوكتشين Blockchain وكان لها صداها الواسع وتأثيرها المباشر في مجالات عمل المكتبات والمعلومات، ومن ثم ظهر صدى ذلك في الإنتاج الفكري المتخصص، لذا فإننا نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عمل مراجعة علمية ضافية لرصد وتحليل كافة الاتجاهات البحثية لاستخدامات تلك التقنية في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات. وتعتمد هذه المراجعة العلمية على المنهج الببليوجرافي الببليومتري، والمنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه التحليلي لرصد ووصف وتحليل السمات الموضوعية للإنتاج الفكري حول تقنية بلوكتشين، وقد تم إعداد قائمة ببليوجرافية بالإنتاج الفكري الإنجليزي والعربي خلال الفترة الزمنية 2017/ 2022 والتي تمثل بداية وأحدث فترة زمنية للبحث والنشر في مجال- الدراسة، وتغطي القائمة الببليوجرافية كل أشكال الأعمال العلمية المنشورة من رسائل وبحوث علمية ومقالات دوريات وبحوث مؤتمرات وتقارير وعروض للكتب وغيرها. وقد أسفرت المراجعة العلمية عن تدرج البحث والكتابة العلمية في بلوكتشين والمكتبات بشكل تصاعدي وفي تزايد مستمر في كافة أشكال مصادر المعلومات، وقد تميز الإنتاج الفكري الأجنبي بالتأليف المشترك بين أكثر من مؤلف من التخصصات العلمية المختلفة، رصد زيادة معدلات النشر في الدوريات العلمية للإنتاج الفكري الأجنبي، تنوع التخصصات العلمية لدراسة وبحث تطبيقات بلوكتشين والجمع بين تخصصين أو أكثر، تعمقت المعالجة لتقنية بلوكتشين في الإنتاج الفكري الأجنبي؛ حيث انتقلت من مرحلة الاستكشاف والوصف والتحليل إلى مرحلة التطبيق والتجريب والتطوير. أما عن الإنتاج الفكري العربي فقد لوحظ ندرة الإنتاج العربي المنشور وثباته عند مرحلة الاستكشاف والوصف والتحليل، كما تميز بالسرد النظري للمعلومات حول التقنية وماهيتها اعتما د ا على مثيله الأجنبي في معالجته النظرية لتقنية بلوكتشين وتطبيقاتها في مجال المكتبات.

Computer technologies are multiple and develop steadily. As soon as a new technology emerges, all scientific disciplines seek to invest, adapt and benefit from it. The library and information sciences specialization has been investing and adapting computer technologies since its early beginnings in the activities of traditional libraries; hence, modern activities in terms of collection, organization, analysis, storage and retrieval. In the past few years, Blockchain technology emerged and enjoyed direct impact in the fields of library and information sciences, then in specialized intellectual production. Therefore, the current study aims to conduct an additional scientific review to monitor and analyze all research trends for the uses of Blockchain technology in the field of libraries and information. This scientific review relies on the bibliographical, bibliometric, descriptive approach in its analytical style to monitor, describe, and analyze the objective features of intellectual production on Blockchain technology. A bibliographic list of English and Arabic intellectual production was underway from 2017 through 2022, representing the beginning and latest period of time for research and publication in the field of study. The bibliographic list covers all forms of published scientific works such as theses, scientific research, periodical articles, conference research, reports, book presentations, and others. The scientific review resulted in gradual research and scientific writing in the Blockchain and libraries in an ascending and continuous manner in all forms of information sources. Foreign intellectual production was characterized by the co authorship of more than one author from different scientific disciplines, monitoring the increase in publication rates in scientific journals of foreign intellectual production, the diversity of scientific disciplines to study and research Blockchain applications and the combination of two or more disciplines. The treatment of Blockchain technology has deep foreign intellectual production as it moved from the stage of exploration, description and analysis to the stage of application, experimentation and development. As for the Arab intellectual production, it was noticed that the published Arab production was scarce ceasing at the stage of exploration, description and analysis. It was also distinguished by the theoretical narration of information about technology and its nature, based on its foreign counterpart in its theoretical treatment of Blockchain technology and its applications in the field of libraries.
