المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التربوية الإبداعية، لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الأساسية، حيث استخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات من المجتمع المكون ٢٠٠٠ معلم ومعلمة تقريبا في المدارس الأساسية تقريبا بحسب بيانات قسم التخطيط في المديرية، وتكونت الأداة من 29 سؤالا تضمن مجالات الإبداع الآتية: أصالة الأفكار والمرونة والطلاقة والحساسية للمشكلات. طبقت الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من ٣٣٢ معلما ومعلمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استجابات أفراد العينة في مجال الشعور بالمشكلات ككل بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.27)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.553)، وبدرجة تطبيق متوسطة. كذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي أو سنوات الخبرة في كل مجالات الدراسة. أي رغم اختلاف فئات المستوى؛ إلا أنهم اتفقوا حول درجة الاستجابة. وهذا يشير إلى أن الهيئة التدريسية وإن اختلفت مؤهلاتهم وخبراتهم لديهم ما يؤهلهم للتعرف على مقدرة القيادة على توليد الأفكار الإبداعية في الإدارة. فهم يتشابهون في جميع الظروف مما ينعكس حول توحيد تقديراتهم. وجاءت استجابات أفراد العينة في مجال المرونة ككل بمتوسط الحسابي بلغ (2.30)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.549)، وبدرجة تطبيق متوسطة. وقد يعزى ذلك إلى الحاجة إلى امتلاك المرونة الفكرية من خلال القراءة والانفتاح الثقافي والاجتماعي من أجل تنمية الذات والرقي بالعملية التعليمية التعلمية. وفي النهاية خرجت الدراسة بتوصيات لابد من اتباعها بهدف الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية بما يعزز روح الإبداع عند المعلمين والطلبة.

The study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of creative educational leadership among the principals of primary schools, where the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect information from a community of approximately 2000 male and female teachers in primary schools, according to the data of the planning department in the directorate. The tool consisted of 29 questions that included areas of creativity. The following: originality of ideas, flexibility, fluency, and sensitivity to problems. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 332 male and female teachers. The study concluded that the responses of the respondents in the field of feeling problems as a whole had an arithmetic mean of (2.27), and a standard deviation of (0.553), with a medium degree of application. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of academic qualification or years of experience in all fields of study. That is, despite the different level categories; However, they agreed on the degree of response. This indicates that the teaching staff, even if their qualifications and experiences differ, have what qualifies them to recognize the leadership's ability to generate creative ideas in administration. They are similar in all circumstances, which is reflected in the standardization of their estimates. The responses of the respondents in the field of resilience as a whole came with an arithmetic mean of (2.30), and a standard deviation of (0.549), with a medium degree of application. This may be due to the need to possess intellectual flexibility through reading and cultural and social openness for self-development and the advancement of the educational-learning process. In the end, the study came out with recommendations that must be followed in order to improve the educational process in a way that enhances the spirit of creativity among teachers and students.
